Sometimes yes, when I have the slightest cold or illness or headache it comes back, but I can see as I improve it should fade away entirely hopefully! Good luck and keep on going!
Depends in all honesty, on a bad day like the other day I lasted 20 mins on a holiday, on the way back I managed 3 hours! The first 45 mins was a battle with anxious feelings that increased the dizziness but I breathed through
