- Today was a great day on the beach! I found a 14K White Gold Wedding Band, as well as a gold plated 925 silver earring, several coins and lots of recyclables. I spent 2 hours metal detecting one of my favorite beaches looking for treasure after a long day at work.
Join me on this quick 2 hour treasure hunting adventure in Palm Beach, Florida to see what I found.
It was a very long day at work and this is my therapy! My thinking process was even if I didn't find any treasure, as long as I was able to get out and exercise on the beach, it was worth it. This evening, the beach was littered with garbage, so I spent most of the hunt picking it all up . We all know that if we leave the beach better than when we got there, it is good Carma, and of course, I was rewarded with some wonderful treasures.

@howiegrapek I do that a lot, but it is not always silver and gold. I do the same I will go to parks and beaches and if I am not finding anything, I will clean up a little so people do not get hurt.
Yeah, it is a bonus when we find cool things, but yes… it is all about leaving the environment better than we arrived, and the exercise. Great way to decompress from a hard day at work too!
