They said they were banning anti recoil devices, strikpack, cronus. I see this has not worked, so many players using them. My friend uses one, he still uses it without getting banned, I do not agree with him using one, but I am still better than him. I'm waiting for him to get banned or warned for using it so I know that the anti-cheat is actually working. So yeah, let's see if this 'new' anti-cheat works.

Still think diamond/master/preds should not go down to bronze 4 at reset. Put them higher so the average player can enjoy the first couple of days in ranked at least

How do you ever plan on getting better than? You gotta go against better players to get better. That is why the majority of you are stuck down there. You rather play against each other and not get better.
You might as well just go play pubs why play ranked if you’re gonna have that mindset
@Ed-fh2wh I'm not stuck down there just don't see the point in playing against people that far below my skill level seems unfair for newer players to me.
@@Ed-fh2wh Pubs matchmaking isn't any better. It frequently lobbies up Rookies with 20-bomb Masters. It's broken and makes for a poor match for everyone.
What if I like opening a bin on drop and getting to choose between two gray backpacks while the enemy next to me got a hemlok and volt?
30% of Masters got banned? Those are just the ones who got caught 😂 that number is probably closer to at least 50-70%.. not to mention if that’s the case. How many of the “TOP PREDS” are cheating. I’d reckon it’s probably at least half or more too.
The thing people forget to consider about hackers is that it is harder for legit players to go up against good hackers. So In higher “skill” lobbies with better cheaters legit hood players would be getting knocked down to lower standings by actual cheaters. I.e if you were a high masters. but if there’s lots of cheaters you could get knocked down to low masters or diamond. That being said it’s something to consider with all these quote unquote pro players/streamers. It’s very questionable that they would ALL be beating out good cheaters. Sooooooo I’d reckon more pro’s are cheating (soft) using walls or soft aimbot to keep up with players who are constantly cheating to achieve the same results.
Just look at COD. Literally all the supposed pro streamers/players are getting banned or found to be in cheat discords now. The game is a joke and they are trying to fix their image. Even game org’s are dropping cheaters. Just because the game is apex doesn’t mean supposed pro’s aren’t cheating. There are a variety ways to cheat. VPN, hacks, boosting you name it. It’s all cheating
I think streamers are in the top because they always 3 stack with other ttvs, if you have a good team you can make it to top 5 every game up until diamond, there might be some hackers but its probably just cuz they only play with other top streamers
This is why no one boast about their rank anymore because the second you call yourself high ranked, everyone begins to question if you're cheating or not.
The game is already infected because there's been a lack of care from the devs to actually handle cheaters.
Go on CZcams, and you'll find channels showcasing cheats.
A upgraded anti-cheat is a start, but unless EA starts to think of anything other than money, they lack the actual manpower to combat the massive spore of cheaters.
Brother sometimes I feel like I live in a different world when people don’t see the reality as I do. Reading this comment just made me realize there are much more ppl aware of this soft cheaters aka big streamers. I love FPS games but in the end we know there no integrity at all, wall hacks are 100% in every team.

I believe they are cheating and in cheating they also improve because they see patterns from higher skilled actual player and develop maybe a little quicker than the rest.

Ranked - they need to do more to defend from hackers. We just recently had a required lvl 50 and dropped that back to lvl 20 which I saw no reason to do. I would like to see more action taken to try to mitigate issues for the ranked play.
Ngl kind upset about the solos replacing duos for a while that’s all me and my buddy play we can’t ever find a sold 3rd

I was at ALGS and got to see Solos with the new patch notes included and I’d say it plays well. The broken moon changes are pretty good I’d say too.
Not going to lie, the supply bin having a weapon in it while he unarmed is something I’ve been saying since season 13 should be a thing 😂 I’m pumped
How about they make it to where ppl who team are legit punished cause this stuff is great and all but can easily get ruined like this current season due to all the cheating and 6-10 man groups
I’m hoping the new anti cheat system is going to ban the 6 manners right away or within like 3 games of them doing It 🙏. Because they have to go , it’s so bad and so many of them

If matchmaking is still a shitshow with dirty sweats in pubs these changes are going to be irrelevant
Take a minute to understand how pubs matchmaking actually works, there is no way to fix it. If you want same skill, ranked is somewhat better.

I don't think it has legs. Apex is a team game. But it'll help get non-team-players out of trios, which is good.

that and it just sucks to want to play apex- but not feeling social and the idea of getting run down by a three stack is a total turn off on those days.

@@Tiparium_NMF it's just not a good map for Catalyst and I play her alot. Even my other mains like Maggie and Loba its just not the best for my play style. I've had a few heart breaking losses because of the rich people design houses and circle buildings you can defend from and in the very beginning of it dropping I jumped off the map so many times lmao
@@HorizonTidethat’s why you gotta play with different characters. Cat is good on big open maps like storm point/broken moon. On the smaller maps, you gotta change strat, gameplay because of close encounters/3rd parties.

Love the addition of them adding a guaranteed weapon on a bin if unarmed, might be my favorite change they've ever made to the game
Digi should be bang and caustic purple attachment perks (turns 1× into a digi if selected). You essentially keep the regular 1× square sight but it outlines the enemy in red while you are in your smoke/caustic ult.
I can’t wait to open a supply bin and my first weapon is a P20

I’ve missed kings canyon too but broken moon changes do look good. I’ll keep saying it: if you don’t like broken moon, it’s a skill issue, not an objective criticism. A map is not bad just because you die on it more than another map.
Its just too spread out for pubs making it not fun. That's why only 40% of the map is played.

Nobody complaining is doing so because they suck. The map is trash as it is. The map is too damn large and too damn open. It’s hard to get consistent 20 bombs on a map like broken moon. Kings canyon is the top rated map for a reason.

Triple take is my go too marksman weapon.
Them referring to the Triple Take feeling sluggish has more to do with the dmg drop-off when you fire it quickly. If youre fine with 19-hits, absolutely fire it quickly. This is a good change. Its been a long time since i used the TT on a regular basis.
I dont think the 3030 nerf is enough to make me stop picking it up though. And im happy about that.

The issue with the loot bins is nice. It was such a pain in the ass opening 4 of them with not a single weapon in the middle of a drop. For everything else I can't really say much until I play it but wingman gonna be fun

5:00 We need this for Valk's flying animation too. So if we stop holding jump for the jet pack, we should immediatly be able to shoot.
Or they finally give us another button bind for the jet, because, now, hitting jump 2 times accidentally, of course engages the jet pack,
and puts the weapon out of hands, additionally, there is this fancy, but stupid sign animation she does, when releasing the jump button,
instead of immediately taking the weapon back into her hands. So frustrating. Also wall jumping is basically impossible with her atm.
Can you get banners from alters passive?
Apex gameplay is definitely on the ups, but they still have yet to help solo q players like they said they would. When will solo q ranked have more fair chance? Having to stack in higher lobbies is BS imo

Getting stuck on/around mountains were a main issue with that map which is why i hate it

1 out of 3 people at master rank being caught cheating shows that online gaming is currently a massive joke. And that's just the people who were caught, not counting any xim / chronus / strike packers / DMA users or any other people who weren't caught.
And that is still 1 out of 3 people lol. Words cannot describe how bad the cheating situation is.

Nerfing 3030 while buffing trip take, in the season with 3030 reactive skin is certainly a choice.
3030 was fine and charge needs another rework i think. i dont like having to tease my trigger to shoot accurately.

solos are salvation for the casual player. Unfortunately, trios are unplayable. People immediately disconnect due to death, choosing their favorite character, etc. It's a pity, because at the beginning Apex was very team-oriented. I hope the solos will stay.
Issue with broken moon is ziprails exist..
They're better now, in fact broken moon doesn't even feel like the same map.
It's hard to be excited when no-one has talked about the core issue for casuals...matchmaking. Example: 2135 games in season 20...3 wins and I know im not the only one to experience this frustration of being fed to 3 stacks and sweats.

Solos is fine, but it should have been it's own slot like three strikes. I only have one consistent person I play with and I don't want to be forced to play with a random to play with them.

Hmm maybe they are listening, So many good things here. Broken moon needed the storm point treatment. Buffs and nerfs sound thought out and not haphazard. Finally addressing conduits interaction with Rev is a huge plus! Only a couple things I still would have liked to see tho. Not sure why I still have to not play for the first 2 weeks because you just can't put a little more separation between prior dimon,master,pred and us pleebs and why oh why can't there be a cap on the amount of projectiles wattsons pylon can stop? Super annoying...
every time i run a pub game in olympus its the same thing, loot for 10 minutes, try to rotate, run into a team, maybe win, look over and see 15 other teams fighting, get shot at, my team attempts to 15th party, and if we dont get pushed from behind we rinse and repeat, i'm not gonna miss that bright ass map and i would be glad to not have to deal with it for one season but knowing how much the community glazes olympus i highly doubt it's gonna be off rotation all season also loving the fact they didnt change the longbow at all and are scared to nerf conduit even though she's annoying as shit in every possible way
Hopefully ranked is playable now on console… The teaming was ridiculous. Not 6 men but 12 men then they sit back and farm. And they are top 300 pred on PlayStation.
