Some of our shutters have one tilt rod along the front and some have it split. Can I saw the other ones to make them all split tilt rods?

hell to the no no no !!! don't use tilt rod... weakens staples ! We advise our clients to not touch tilt rods.....often they are not as gentle and end up plucking staples out of the tilt bar....We recommend using one louver to have all louvers move at once.
