What You Need:
Falafel ingredient
1 lb fresh garbanzo beans
1 whole bunch of parsley
1 whole bunch of silantro
2 medium size green hot chili pepper
1 medium onion
3 gloves of garlic
Seasoning
1 tsp salt black pepper
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp baking Soda
Humus
2 cups of Humus
2 gloves of garlic
1 cup lemon juice
1 cup tahini sauce
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup of olive oil
Parsley for garnish

Hi Mama, my comments are said respectfully. you said your guest Ida was going to show use how to make falafels. But you didn’t allow her to explain in detail, nor to cook her recipe. You need to let her do it, since it’s her recipe. you started cooking not her, you didn’t let her do it herself. She can speak for herself. If you would have just listened to her, helped her, and allowed her to cook it would have been much better, since she’s your guest. Please look at the video, I’m sure you will agree, after you see yourself. Then your son got into it too. Wow, I can see the stress in Ida’s face. Honestly, you needed the bigger food processor to make all this food. Ida’s food looks delicious. She has a lot of experience making hummus, and falafel. Beautiful hummus presentation, Thank you Ida. Thank you Mama. I love watching your Channel all the time. I’m not trying to be unkind. I just thought you needed to let Ida cook in peace,since she was your guest.
