Main ingredient:
1 Lbs lean ground beef
1 medium onion
3 gloves of garlic
4 medium potatoes
3-4 tomatoes
1 bunch of parsley
1/2 cup of water
1/4 cup of vegetable oil
1/4 butter
Seasoning:
1/2 tsp salt & pepper
1/2 tsp allspice
1/2 tsp masala
1/3 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp turmeric
Sauce:
1 small can of tomato paste
1 1/2 cup water
1/3 tsp of salt
1/3 tsp of sugar

I'm seeing a lot of ill-informed comments complaining about food safety and cross-contamination. These whiners are the same people who will grab a Slurpee from a 7-11 dispenser that hadn't been cleaned in decades and eat at restaurants where the cooks don't wash their hands after using the bathroom. Allow me to enlighten all of you complainers and rabble-rousers about the methods that home cooks who wear gloves use to ensure food safety. Since it's not feasible to remove the gloves, touch the oil dispenser or kitchen surface, then put the gloves back on, then take them off to touch a spice container, then put the gloves back on and so forth, what we do is note which surfaces and items we touch, then after we are done cooking, we do something you've apparently never heard of before. We clean. Personally, I like to clean with a soapy sponge first, rinse, then follow with a disinfecting wipe, like Clorox or Lysol. Sometimes, I even use bleach to clean. If she had shown cleanup, you would have complained that the video was too long or that the cleaning part was boring, because people like you LOOK FOR SOMETHING TO COMPLAIN ABOUT. Now, run along and go complain about something else to someone else, because that's all you're good at.

I made this dish and it tasted great, my family loved it. I like the fact you stick to a certain amount of spices, makes you use them on a regular basis and you don't end up buying spices that you may not use again. Can't wait for more of your recipes.
Why wash the vegetable with vinegar why not just water?
It basically rinsing off some the residue that you don't want on your meats. Vinegar is acidic so it does more good than just plain water 😃

Mama Kat, here's another recipe for you. Cut your boneless skinless chicken into pieces. Season the meat, batter in flour, then egg, then you're choice of chips that you have crumbled up. Then drop it in grease. Works good with Doritos, Cheetos, or cheddar chips
