Pathrode | Moong and Rice Pathrode | Konkani Cuisine

Pathrode is a GSB community speciality. It is prepared using colocasia leaves. These leaves are smeared with a spicy, tangy rice and coconut paste and stacked above one another. It is similar to the Gujrathi Pathra recipe.
