- Sanna Polo or Cabbage+Onion Dosa is a famous Konkani Dish. These are tiny, round, spicy dosas which is usually prepared as sides with regular meals.
Finely Chopped onions and cabbage is mixed along with coconut, soaked rice and red chilli based paste to make the batter. You can even replace the Chopped onions and cabbage combo by drumstick leaves - onions, drumstick flowers - drumstick leaves, onions - methi leaves combo or combination of your choice among the above veggies.

My review: I made it for the dinner. Just one medium size dosa is enough as one if filling. How long should the rice to be socked was not mentioned in the video! Taste wise it was ok but nutrition wise a big thums up.
