It does my heart good that the Mardi Gras did have a service to honor the men and women who serve this great nation. I have 2 boys in the US Navy and it makes me want to go on a Carnival.

Loved seeing the military appreciation on Veteran's Day and the fact that they included the U.S. Coast Guard. My son is in the Coast Guard and it's amazing how many people do not realize that they are a branch of the military, they serve in wartime, etc., etc. Thank you Carnival and thank you Jay & Dee for including this in your vlog.

Just got back to Port Everglades are you away after the Summit?, we had the best cruise I can remember onboard Celebrity Reflection. We have done all the lines and this was by far, the best. I thought of you a lot, entertainment was incredible. Every night a new show, and the shows were excellent, live music everywhere.food was great, we were in Aqua Class, but tried all eateries there were only 736 passengers, another plus.
Very nice! We only had about 460 folks onboard Summit. We're boarding MSC Seashore today, and I'm not sure what their capacity will be, but I can't imagine it'll be that much. Crazy! Glad to head you had an amazing cruise!! :D

Is Carnival the only line with bacon issues? I normally just get ham on the ship. We like our bacon a little on the crispy side and they did not cook the bacon very much.

We can't go on December 11th . I hate to ask but when is your next cruise on Royal Caribbean if you know. I think you said you only had 2 left this year. We really want to go on Royal Caribbean and it would be nice to say hi to you 2 guys. Thanks for your reply.
We cook pretty healthy at home and we can control what goes into our food, but it’s hard to know how much butter and goodness goes into cruise food, hah! We tend to be more active when cruising, so hopefully it offsets a little of that!! :P ~Jay

We had 736 people onboard, this week they are expecting 1100, not bad either.
The games looked so fun and that room was packed for the honoring of the veterans :). Looks like a great day!

Yes, it’s just Carnival from what we’ve seen. Higher capacity and cutting costs (or “supply issues”) means less bacon to go around, I suppose!! :P

Turkey bacon is not real bacon, they brought it to me on the mardi gras. Right into the trash it went. Horrible. Jay and Dee are awesome.
