Good morning!! It was great to see you making sushi rolls in the Carnival Kitchen; we did a sushi class on Oasis and that was lots of fun. Don't you hate it when you go out to enjoy your balcony and one of your neighbors is smoking? I (sometimes) speak up and say loudly "no smoking on the balconies!" This strategy actually worked on a recent cruise and the neighbors stopped smoking...which was great by us. Mark Anthony puts on a very lively and fun show! I really do like the center stage because you can catch a little bit of a show but keep walking around if you want to stay on the move. Glad you found an espresso martini you could enjoy; I find espresso too strong for my taste buds. Much love to you both, from Anthony and I!

That cooking class takes me back to my culinary arts school days. I am looking forward to all the food on our cruise, no wonder you walk and snorkel alot, to work off all the delicious food you two eat on all the cruises you go on...have fun you guys.

I did a sushi class with Royal Caribbean when we had a trans Atlantic (7 straight days at sea). It was so fun, and tasty as well. Haven't used my sushi skills since then but I now have bragging rights!!
Jay, you sound surprised that there were mashed potatoes at the Sea Dogs station. You had just noted that they had bangers. "Bangers and mash" (i.e., mashed potatoes) is a traditional British Isles dish. So it makes complete sense to me that they would have mashed potatoes at that station.
When y’all did the Carnival Kitchen did you both have to pay to do it? I want to do the one where you make an Apple pie and I wanted Bruce to film it but he didn’t want to participate. Wasn’t sure if I had to pay for him.
Yes, we both paid to do it. We originally thought about having one do it and the other video, but I think they told us we both would need to pay to be in the classroom. Can't hurt to ask again though!!
Marcus Anthony got my husband to get up and dance with me on our Breeze Journey cruise. My husband NEVER does that in 32 years. He literally shocked me, THAT'S how good Marcus is.
When I got to the part of video where the neighbor's smoking was smelt or going in the space of their balcony, then I must make this statement. Now I have family members (cousin's kids) that vape. But I personally don't want to be around it. So that being said, if while on this upcoming cruise someone's vape or smoke comes over to my cove balcony space, I will respectfully and kindly ask them to keep it to their side. I don't like to make waves with others while on cruises, but at my and my husband's age we don't want to inhale other's vapes or smoke.

I however don’t like cooking at home so I will leave the cooking to the pro’s on the ship and I will enjoy eating it. That’s the part I’m best at anyway. I want to try the seafood place. I love seafood. Royal has hooked and I enjoyed my meal there so hoping Carnival is as good.
Jay was cutting the first sushi roll on the bamboo mat. I was cringing when I saw that. Glad you removed the mat before cutting the second one. The lobster does look much smaller than before. It is interesting how the chef/kitchen adjusts the presentation of the dish based on what is available. 🥰🥰🥰
I enjoy watching all the Vlogs from different Vloggers. I can only speak for myself, but, nobody cares about seeing food. It seems everyone loves to show all the food, and sitting at the Main Dining Room eating food. But I am willing to say, the average viewer could care less. My 2 cents.
We’ve never really focused too much on food other than a few photos that fly by, unless it’s some sort of brand new concept that we feel folks may be more interested in, hah… like we definitely wanted to chat about Emeril’s or Chibang, stuff like that. But normally we just want to move on with the fun!! :P
We have! Our Carnival Pride 2019 series was extended a day and a half because we sailed through a storm, hah… Dee takes Bonine for mild motion sickness and I’ve never had trouble with it!! ~Jay

Not much changed since last we sailed Mardi Gras... maybe three new shows, two of which were actually canceled during our sailing, so we missed them. I think that's about it!! :D
I completely agree with you about the masks. If you're on a cruise that clearly states you need to wear a mask then wear it. If you don't want to wear one then go on another ship that has a different policy, there's plenty of them

You were served a split Florida lobster instead of the whole lobster tail you got last time. So actually you probably got the same sized tail, just stuffed and served differently. Rare that you’ll see a regular Maine lobster onboard especially on Carnival. Florida lobsters are also crustaceans and not really lobsters. A negative test was required. We were told doctor’s note of recovery wouldn’t work.
