65 yrs old, finally learning how to do something I’ve been wanting to do for years . Happy I clicked on your channel. Thank you for sharing your gift.
Unlike most channels that feature furniture redos... you transform really rough pieces. Not afraid of a little elbow grease are you?
Truly amazing flips. In short...you rock woman!
The difference between a DIY who takes her job serious is showing at the end result ❤ no cutting corners is the way to go. 😮❤❤
The dining table was gorgeous!!
Two words, In Awe 🥰
I am very impressed with the lengths you go to so that your pieces look as nice as they do when your finished . I used to do a lot of the same things you do. Now I just do them for myself . Keep up the good work. Your family is so wonderful❤ 12:08
The thing I like most about your work is you've done extremally good repairs which gives you work an very professional look when finished
Thank you very much!
I will admit I was hesitant at first to watch this because I am a purist when it comes to restoring old furniture. But your work is absolutely beautiful you have just earned another subscriber!
Thank you!
Enjoyed watching your renovations
I love that you treat the whole piece. Inside and out is restored and looks brand new. You are very talented and creative. I really enjoy watching you create.
Beautiful pieces, but when you have paint left after stripping, do another coat of stripper, then finish with mineral spirits. It's much easier.
Beautiful piece if furniture
It’s not easy I know…Great work❣️ (As an aside, one of those spray Tents would come in handy. The grass will thank U)🌺
That turned out awesome
You do beautiful work with all these ugly things, love watching you restore and renew these pieces 😊
Hi,my name is Tonya and may I say you are the stripper queen, I love that you save all the wood you can. I love that wood and painted look, and how you take old piece that are destined for the dump and turn them into something beautiful and useful .Thank you for sharing your technique looking forward to see what you do next.
Thank you so much Tonya!
Not fond of #1paint color but everyone has different tastes. Fantastic save 😊❣
Thank you!
It's a pity I can only like this once!
This sing is beautiful im watching you and crying the words have so much meaning
very interesting and creative with what you do and you really fool me cos i think the colour will be awful, but unique and beautiful,
Hanks, I enjoyed these.
Thank you!
Now, that was incredibly relaxing to watch and to listen to. Thanks!
Wow!!! Sooo Talented!! Love to see a woman workin those power tools! Ur great!!
Thank you! 🙌🙌🙌
Your pieces are beautiful I love love your playlist
Thank you so much!
Your music is so soothing comfortable.
Beautiful work thanks
I like how #3, #5, and #7 turned out. However, when it came to #8, the almost antique (a little over a decade) radio cabinet, it should've been preserved. Those are hard to find in that good a condition! It would've made a great speaker case for a restored period house.
#1I love these little tables! Such lovely ways to add life to a home. Well done! Just lovely!
Labor of love.like 1 the best
Great work!
Absolutely looove watching ur flips. Such a Talented lady. 🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺😍

I’m a new subscriber, anxious to go back and see more!
I love your vision and work ethic.
The dining table is stunning!💗
#4 More love!! The blue you stripped was a bit garish but your finished. product is perfect! I truly admire your work! Thank you.
Thank you so much Deborah! I appreciate all your support! 🥰
Respekt!!! Wonderful Job!! Greetings from Schweden . Margareta
Thank you!
I absolutely love this video. I have never found anyone that does this kind of work, my parents would bring home antiques, and I would refinish them.I love the real wood furniture. Way awesome soundtrack, can you leave that info on bottom? Thankyou. Laura Valentine
Really enjoyed your video and appreciated your dedication to your prep and obtaining a professional finish keep up the good work I look forward to seeing more from you
Thank you Stephanie!
Great job!
Thank you!
# 2820 SW Bertha Blvd. looks like a record cabinet with the hole for a built in turn table. Makes a great bar! I really like the contact paper you added to the backer board . Very unexpected🌷🌷🌷
Superb ❤
#2 Another handy cabinet for a home! So cute and handy! I would store my paints in this! Very good job! Love it!
All of these was gorgeous
Thank you Kathleen!
Maravillosos tus trabajos. Felicitaciones!!!
Great recap Amber, lovely work indeed. I really enjoyed watching the paint stripping, so satisfying ♥️ your pup!!
Thank you so much Donna! I’ve got a few pieces that need to be stripped so more of those videos are coming soon!
Love watching your video Amber amazing details loved all the colors exept the last one didnt like the color on it ...keep up the great job youre doing ...
Thank you!
Hey, I saw a price of furniture once that had a dark color, but, when the light ir sun hit it there was a deep red reflecting back. It was cool. That's probably a little too dark for today though.
Oh yes I had a few pieces like that. Definitely something that was common in the early 2000s. I actually still love that look when it’s mixed in with other lighter pieces.
🤩
Amazing work! I just subscribed!
Thank you so much and welcome to the channel!
Mantap...👍
You've done amazing transformations this year. Number 1 is my favorite because I love they uniqueness of the piece and your color choice was perfect. Number 3 was shocking! All that beautiful wood grain under chalkboard paint. I've enjoyed all your videos and can't wait to see what you do next year.
Thank you so much Marcella!
I know there's better colors to choose from.
👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
Thank you!
Beautiful work! I love your style and choice of colors. Wondering if you sand between coats? I’m still learning and I never see you sand. Is it the paint you use?
Thanks Lisa! I go by touch on the sanding between coats. If it feels smooth then I skip it. If I feel any texture I use a 240 sanding sponge between them. I hardly ever sand between coats with Mélange paint. It dries super smooth.
I don't know how you sprayed water on a piece and did not swell the wood. I would have to see this piece in person to believe it really looked like the photos. I did notice books were placed where the wood warped
The wood didn’t warp from the water. That piece had been stored outside in the elements for 20+ years before I got it. There was no way anything I did to it was going to damage it any worse than it already was.
Did you use paint stripper if so what kind ? Getting ready to tackle 3 tables
Yes! Klean strip is my go to!
A little oxalic acid and you probably could have stained that mahogany desk instead of painting it.
#3 I LOVE THESE DRAWERS! I have always wanted a finctional chest for my lingerie and delicates and think that this would be prrfect! I loke what you did with it but, for me, a soft creamy white would be my choice. Well done!!
Ugh, wish you hadn’t put any paint on #7….actually wish you hadn’t painted anything…however, you have made them look nice, not my style….but you are talented and have a good eye.
What is the solution used to strip the furniture?
I use klean strip!
Check for lead paint?
Yup! Anytime I think there might be lead I check. Thanks for watching!
Please, what genre of music do you play. What's it called
I tend to use folk and indie music. I like that it has an alternative soft rock vibe to it.
Oh no, #8 was a hard one to watch….:(
You don’t show any of the products you use.
Omg u spoiled another one with that color.
I want to see the time marks on the beginning view of unpleasant furniture piece, and then the time mark to see the final result. Then if I am interested I will spend the time to watch how it is done. No time to just watch everything. Sigh.
Sad to see the veneer destroyed in its removal on piece #9. If it was removed more carefully I am sure a restorer would be glad to have it. Have seen many videos with veneers repaired on beautiful pieces.
Have you ever removed veneer? It doesn’t tend to come off in full pieces but thanks for watching!
That's a nasty color
You are great with repairs but your finished pieces are a bit too sterile. Maybe add some shading. Also your music is really horrible. I had to watch with no volume. Maybe something without vocals.
Thanks for the tips!
No. Don't add more. It seems simple is so beautiful. Love your final finishes.
