    RIP Ribcor 😭 love my 90Ks. Hopefully they last me at least 8-10 years, as I'm on the ice 4-5x a week.
    Glad to see some Ribcor features in the Jetspeed line. As always, you guys provide the best reviews, Chase!

    Part 2, eh? can't wait to see your new takes on this skate. I recently discovered and fell in love with the discontinued Ribcore 100k.. That skate was made for me.. They claim this jet speed will have aspects of the ribcor built into it, so I'm hoping to get some insight into that during this video.
    Thank you for all of your content over the years, it helps me tremendously! You the man!

    Got these skates 2 weeks ago and they are incredible. Much more comfortable than my ft485’s. Fit like a glove with absolutely no pain from the very first game!! Thanks for the video!!

      Nothing better than your skates fitting like a glove and no pain! That's great to hear! Enjoy those bad boys!

    I tried on the ft6 pros and are wider and totally different from the ft680. So these more like the ft680 or the pros?

      That is correct, the flagship three fit system doesn't exactly line up with the Regular/Wide fits offered in the FT6/FT680/FT670. But to answer your question, yes the FT6 and the FT680 should fit very, very similar.

      @@ice.warehouse Looking to replace my FT4s. Would you say the fit of the FT6 is more in line with the fit of the FT4? FT4's fit me perfectly. Tried on FT6 Pro Medium, the fit is too sloppy. FT6 Pro Narrow, the fit is too tight laterally. Tried on the FT680, fit feels good, but not enough ankle padding, my puck battered left ankle feels like it is rubbing against the outer shell. Does the FT6 use the same mold/shell shape as the FT680? If so, I'm thinking that will be my skate.

    The wide option of these skates would fit into the wide profile?

    would these skates be a huge downgrade from the ft6 pros?

      I wouldn't say a huge downgrade but the FT6 Pros do have some really sweet upgrades.

    What's the main difference between the ft6 and the ft6 pro?

    • @ice.warehouse
      @ice.warehouse  Před 3 měsíci

      The FT6 Pro has CCM's Game-Ready Fit 2.0, which means the boot is molded around a foot form before leaving the factory. The FT6 does not but still features a one-piece design. The FT6 Pro will offer a better anatomical fit around your foot, especially after baking. Plus, the FT6 Pro has a much nicer quality of Step Steel.

    Haha super skin. Not true. I’ve had my ft6 pro for a few weeks. Took one puck off the side and it looks likes it’s spidered 😂 local shop said they have a had a few complaints about it already.
