I use the I Am Sober app to track my SH recovery and every time I check it I find so much joy in seeing the number get bigger and bigger. Currently 18 days clean. Keep going girl don’t give up the journey isn’t easy but it will be so worth it!
I'm currently trying to quit vaping, about 5 days in and chewing gum and drinking water out of my favorite cup helps me! I'm working out again and eating better portions! All from quitting vaping! Thanks for inspiring others and showing your journey!

I'm quitting smoking pot, which i know is NOWHERE NEAR as addictive as nicotine nor are the withdrawals as bad, but it's still a rough time so I'll be trying these tips 🥰

Legos might help to keep your hands busy aswell, some builds take time which helps your mind from drifting since you need focus to put the pieces together correctly
i quit nicotine in october and i had to cut off my friendships bec even if i didnt smoke alone i had the urge to smoke w them. so i had to cut them off and now im thriving simply. thank u so much for a video like this it helps me sm!!!

Although I don’t have a nicotine addiction and I’m not recovering from one, I do understand how hard it is to battle with your mind and resist your cravings to do something that you don’t want to. I’m currently working towards staying clean of SH. I’m almost at 6 months!! I know you can do it ❤

hey, i have never have had any form of nicotine, but recently on instagram i saw a called a vape necklace? (its not vape) so apparently its like a straw around your neck, and whenever you have an urge to vape you basically use it to control your breathing and replace the habit of using nicotine. ofc i have no idea of what and why since i have never been in any part of your journey but i thought it was pretty different way to trick your brain ig? please let me know if any one of you have tried it or even seen similar versions of this, and your experiences whether good or bad. I would like to educate myself further 🙂
Hey just a frndly suggestion that if you keep craving eating ice all the time then plz get yourself checked for iron deficiency or anemia. Hope this helps ☺️❤
