The truth is because I have absolute faith in what I practice (since November 1999) . I am grateful for everything even what I don’t want , because I can chant to transform, turn poison into medicine, expiate karma, do human revolution, etc. And so SAS circling sounds so exciting to me.
Thanks for the video. A question: how do you stay with a level of very intense sensations such as physical pain, which may be super overwhelming? Or freeze/dissociation, panic etc? And there is a natural desire to avoid these or get out of them as soon as possible?
Yeah I certainly wouldn't suggest trying to force yourself in any way. I find noticing and bringing acceptance to freeze, panic and dissociation useful and actually helpful in me becoming more grounded and flowing.

Marina, what do you think about (from Esther talking for Abraham Hicks) realising how grateful you are for how wonderful you will soon be feeling when you listen to your body, maybe breathe universal healing in, smile as healing occurs, release any excess energy as you breathe out.
practice
I suggest experimenting to find how much you can stay with. keep relaxing your body as much as possible, and relaxing your awareness open to as much as possible to your surroundings while doing it. start small, (lower intensity) and keep your body relaxed and your awareness open 'til it resolves into just one sensation out of many. then you can work your way up through greater intensity. don't strain.
