Ketoconazole shampoo ..use it 2 times a week for 4 to 6 weeks
And rest days of the week you can use any shampoo but must not be anti dandruff...
And after using Ketoconazole twice a week for 4 to 6 weeks
Then switch to use it twice a month
I had sobheric dermatitis on scalp severe one ...dandruff was too much and itchy scalp I couldn't sleep at night
And yes plz never use oil when you have dandruff it is like pouring oil on the fire
