@@altama5h Ha I used Nu force from mankind. Its a lotion . As said in video my condition was similar I also met a doctor he said its ook to use that.
Follow the instructions as said by this doctor in this video, if your condition is similar then use.
I also use lemon , before bathing for 30 min over my head, my dandruff is negligence , and one thing bath daily

The most knowledgeable and real trichologist I have ever come across. I have suffered from this problem for over five years and I have seen so many doctors in Delhi and spent thousands on treatment but there was no relief and it got worse day by day. I started losing so many hair, my hair started becoming thin and this really scared me. I finally decided to get my scalp shaved as there was no other way out to get rid of the sticky patches of fat from the scalp. The dandruff was so sticky that it was not easy to scratch it from the razor, it took some time and I got it completely removed from scalp. It is such a relief now and I am so happy. The problem I suffered with for over 5 years and spent thousands had such a simple solution but non of the Doctors ever suggested me this, obviously they wanted to make money. I am really impressed with your knowledge and your true advice

Right hair shave karne se mere 3-4 month hair fall ruk jaate h.. fir se dandruff and fungi aane se hair fall start ho jaate h... Fungi ko stop karne ke liye main selenium salfide 2.5% (selsun shampoo) use karta hu ..aur 2 wash me hi dandruff clear kar deti h.. ye bhi same ketocanozole ki tarh h.. doctor ne sabhi baat akdum saahi kaaha h
The best way is to comb your scalp everyday for 5 mins with a nice wooden comb and it will remove all the buildup from your scalp and increase the blood flow.
