Repent is not works @pastor Robert. We need to have the right fear - the fear of God. We need to honor His Presence, His Name. If we sin, we must repent immediately. We forgive other, and He forgives us. That’s what repenting from our sin is very important.

Loving your teaching on this. Thank God for strong pastors such as, Joseph Prince, yourself and the others who have in the past, felt like they were compromising to teach grace. That spirit of control was stronger over people than the ability to trust Gods love.
Since June 2023 God has been preparing my heart and mind for a calling that i have never heard of someone being called to do before. My husband even started to agree with me in October that he felt like it was his calling too. Now we have family that are confirming that God is calling us to own a farm and feed an entire community from the fruit of our labor, but there is no money for this calling. there isn't even assets we could liquidate to make it happen, and doubt has tried to grip us several times. but just when i feel like giving up God grabs my attention and i am reminded that EL ROI is the god that sees me and that Jehovah nissi has already gone ahead of me and won this battle.
Can everyone who sees this post please pray for us in this season that is exciting and scary. We also need god to bring the money for us to get this operation started!
Prayers 🙏 for you & your husband, that the Holy Spirit would speak to you, with clarity, wisdom, grace & confirm everything that is for both of you. May you find a clear & present path ahead, together with scripture about what it is God has planned for your family ahead. I’m in hospice. I have
lived a legalistic Christian life in church and Christian
School and nursing.
Everyday I can’t meet standards. Causes me grief. Some Southern Baptist are legalistic,
some aren’t. My husband and I did not grow up in church. Some churches seem to only preach salvation sermons. I
stay in the word but
Pray is hard. I love the l love the Lord. He got me through my childhood. The
sermons are helping. Patients here are very interested in Christ.

Put your faith in Christ and Christ alone. That is what he is teaching. You are saved through the gift of salvation. We don't earn it or work it. When we draw close to Christ. We will be led to do certain things. But that doesn't mean we are saved by good works/deeds per se.

You see Pastor Robert, you are married to Jesus, and He is compassionate to give you Grace. Don’t forget the years of Correction the good Father has done in your life. We should preach more about the loving father.
Jesus is the law.
Tithing would also be under the law, correct?
The law is just to teach us the Principles of Love towards God and People.
The Law Does Not Save Us, otherwise Jesus died in Vain.
Great message! I would like to point out Jesus did not have to abolish the law. The law was dead in Zechariah 11. That which was written in the law of Moses, prophets and psalms about Jesus must be fulfilled was clarified in Luke 24:44. Jesus being of the wrong tribe could not be a priest, much less our High Priest, by Mosaic law. Why? He is not of the correct tribe.
What must we do to be Saved? Read the book of Acts.
Apostle Peter preached to the Jews .
1) Repent
2) Believe the good news of Jesus Christ
3) Be Baptized
Apostle Paul preached to the gentiles
1) Believe the good news of Jesus Christ is the Son of God
2) Be baptized
3) Live righteously
Romans chapter 1 verses, 16 and 17 in the amplified I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation from his wrath and punishment to everyone who believes in Christ as savior verse 17 for in the gospel. The righteousness of God is revealed, both springing from faith, leading to faith disclosed in a way that awakenings more faith as it is written, and forever remains written the just upright shall live by faith, live by faith not just believe, but live by faith This person does not care about your salvation. Only your money. If he cared about salvation, he would be encouraging you to trust and believe and rely on God and his word not his book if you’re not living by faith, then you’re under the law, you’re caught up in dead works therefore, your under God‘s curse you must live by faith, trusting God rely on God depend on God. He’s your source, nothing else.
