If you dont know like me and been using this amp for more than 30 years and only upgrading speakers, you're happy with this amp been very reliable and clear and powerful with the equalizer.

Great video 👍 I still listen to my Pioneer SA-930 as part of a tower hifi with other separates I bought back in 1984. The tape teck is not working and turntable is shafted too. I did have the tuner and radio receiver but God knows where they are.
I just got a Pioneer SA 330 amplifier, nice condition .... It will be sent this week ... it was 30 euros with everything ... I am very curious about it ...
Friend, this was Pioneers entry level stuff. They had and still do, have fabulous gear. Every brand had its entry rubbish. You have yto build for the masses as well..
The worst thing about this one is that nasty volume slider... Almost as bad as having to press a (little) - or + knob as we would see on even later models. The SA 520, the entry level model that came before this one, was a whole lot better than this one. I general I never liked the Pioneer line with green lights, as it was such a huge step down from the previous blue line. BUT if you are on a budget, these do still offer good full & ritch sound!
You seem to know your stuff about this line. Do you know what speaker model originally came with this stereo? I am trying to piece together this system cause my dad and uncle both had one. It originally came with the SA-530 and they had all black wood grain 12” speakers, record player, tape deck, tuner, and receiver obviously along with a (on wheels) entertainment center shelf with a glass door. Really trying to find the model of the speakers from this set.
@@ToploadedGaming Chances your dad had the Pioneer S-710 speakers. This were the big 3-way boys with the 12 inch woofers. Probably he had bought every component indivually. If you took the department store Pioneer rack with the SA 530 amp, this would had come with the more modestS-310 speakers with 8 inch woofers. Make sure you don't overspend on speakers like these. They were so-so new. The magnets of the speakers were allright, but to reduce cost of shipping, Japanees departmentstore speakers almost always had too light cabinets. I 've seen videos of opening up Japanees speakers and putting in extra padding and yes this helps this kind op speakers to sound better. But if you want easy good sound for little money, try Cerwin Vega: very simular big 3-way looks in the 80s, but much better cabinets! They often go cheap as well!
A real pity that your nephew has his Logitech z906 system broken. I am a critical audiophile and use a SU-V560 Technics amplifier as main system. BUT: I also have connected the Logitech z906 5.1 to my PC and listened to some streaming music in ► 3D-stereo position ◄ on the Logitech. Well Andrew, you should review this system once and you will be surprised about the enjoyable music experience this THX-ystem offers! So much better that the Pioneer…
I have 11.1 this year full hdmi with 2pre outs for front amd surround makes that old stuff look small i also have bi wiring speakers to go with my bi amping wich is what pre outs ate for hooking external amp to surround sound gives you 2more chanels fully set on hdmi tv with full 10inch jbl subwoofer crossover and phase set also matching hdmi dvd and super sounding matchiing cd player america move very very fast

yes he have the z906 but not working now. He got a new controller for free from logitech but still not working
I just got given one of these but two of the buttons (tuner, and aux/video in) on the right, wont come on, is it easy to clean these from the inside?

When I play on max treble and bass the AUX Lap is blinking on 2 speakers which are 8 Ohm
dont play treble and bass on max, it give much distortion
