    4:43 By doing so, you are creating an angle on the backside, which you want to avoid at any rate. The micro-teeth done by the stone might give the impression of a sharper blade, but actually you are only wearing you blade out and working against the very sense of the peening, which is to obtain a blade edge as flat and thin as possible.
    On the back side, the stone is used as vertically as possible, and only to remove the burr, provided there is one (check with your fingernail), that was created by honing the upper side.
