- I had a request from Gary at Settle Carlisle68 @SC68 to do a tour of the layout so far, which prompted this extra video, plus Stephen from Elvenhome @Elvenhome unwittingly gave me an idea to have a little fun. Hi Steve, thanks for taking time out to film my own personal layout tour 😊 I really enjoyed it and now know the layout like the back of my hand 😂 I really like what you’ve done with the viaduct and bridges and the location references. You should be proud of what you’ve accomplished in 2 years it’s a great flowing layout with lots of interesting places and features. Really enjoyed the tour, i see the track plan now, you’ve done very well in 2 years, I’ve got no where near as much done as you in 3 years! I’ll look forward to your docks area perhaps there can be an inter change of coal to Exehaven to be loaded there onto a bigger ship!
I often get asked the question what are you going to do when you finish the layout, I’m not sure Exehaven will ever truly be finished but I always have plans in my head for another layout🤔😁

I'm sure we can arrange favourable import / export terms John! It will be a while before the harbour gets done, but I'm determined to finish the layout as it is now then get it all computerised before any major changes happen.

Hi Al, completely made up but based on comments I've heard over the years at different funerals. Back in the day, if you were Chapel, you never went inside any other religions buildings but waited at the grave side, gossiping!
