I went with the VetteLights as well and am VERY happy with them. I had seen this video before purchasing which made my decision an easy one. I suggest you definitely get the center brake light and the backup light LED's. Super bright! I got the front marker/DRL's and rear side markers from VetteLights as well. Completely changed the look of the car.
I haven't done the sleepy eye headlights as I would like to see some sort of cover (similar to stock) to make them a more finished look. I love the sleepy eye look overall, and the lights seem to be a massive improvement for night driving, I just don't like that unfinished look. So, I just went with LED bulb replacements for now.

First thing I did when I got my 04 Z was upgrade all lighting throughout entire car even down to the foot wells in the interior, all LED. I have the knightdrive heads, vette lights front running/turn signal and rear smoked tails and smoked side markers. Looks so damn good at night and super bright
Agree. One of the best upgrades for the C5. I've done everything you mentioned minus the knight drive lights (which will be here this week)

Great lights and very envious as we can't fit these in the UK as the indicator would have to be Amber. I prefer the look without the smoked covers I have to say! 😬

There’s something about the yellow Zo6 that is just sexy as hell. I can’t believe Chevrolet did make the 2003 Zo6 in the 50th anniversary red.

Did you get the square or the round Knight drive head lights ? The taillights look bad ass. I noticed on C5 taillight pockets the little water drain at the bottom of each hole. I think the dreaded drip comes from them not pushing the light housing up before running the screws during assembly.
might have to swap out my current halos for these and the Knight Drives are awesome. Just got figure out my lid bounce issue.
Your headlights bounce? Try hand tightening the motor that has the dust cap on it.

'Spoiler king' just Google that. Was super cheap (around $60?)
Same rear spoiler as mine. Super easy to install
Do the rest of the LEDs come on when the headlights are on or just with the brakes?
