Simple Summary
1. Be patient with the healing process

3. Do not operate out of fear
4. Work on overcoming childhood trauma
5. Set boundaries
6. Go no contact with abusers
7. Understand this is highly spiritual
8. Work with a therapy you can trust
9.Educating yourself of NPD , constantly, for awareness
10. Listen to stories of other survivors
11. Spend some time alone to understand who you are
If you go full blown super nova on them they back off. Be bold like a lion, wise as serpents and innocent as doves. That does not mean "do nothing". Fairh without works is dead. Do something! Be wise.

I am stalked by some mentally ill finns in Norway. Luckily I beleave in God,so he gives me power. I am just so suprised that some people can be so wicked.
Ignoring them is the only way. Of course you can't ignore all of their theatrics but most of the time you can try. They do the same things over and over again once I get know something frustrates you. Then when or if you do react they flip it and make it seem like it's your fault. Pure craziness. Since I live in a certain place they can get away with alot more since I don't react how I normally would sometimes. Then when one stalker creature true a tactic the rest fall in line and do the same thing. So no one thinks for themselves.
With all due respect...I tried that, and they got worse. Now sometimes I play loud music or talk shit and they seem to back off. I know I look crazy, but I want them to know that I know.
Ignoring them don’t work. Like they are going to give up all that money because you are ignoring them. Right! Isn’t going to happen. It’s usually people who say that are the ones NOT going thru it
You are right, their self glorification acts that usually do not depict the truth about them at all, and their abusive acts against someone that is either smarter or a better human being than them are pure craziness and they do the same thing their entire pathetic lives. They make the same mistakes their entire lives too. And let me tell you, as soon as they make the same mistakes, and lose face they will do a n y t h i n g to start acting up stuff.
It makes them so mad when someone is not a part of their pathetic group either. A good intelligent person can tell right away they are very very very angry fakes and wants nothing to do with them.
They will portray themselves as being successful in their endeavors, and at the same time act totally pathetic, terrorize people that know they are total losers, and they are dangerous. They will make up scenarios 24/7.
They are n o t happy people, which makes them attack you and your happiness constantly. They get really really nasty when someone does not give in to even think like they do, because the way they think is just frankly nutty anyways, I bet 99 percent of them are on drugs. Totally nutty, they will hunt after me with their made up scenarios like crazy every day, self glorifying acts and destructive totally stupid lying acts towards me.
They are angry messed up kids and I know their lives are not at all then what they portray to be. Which makes them more and more mad every day. The more things are wrong in their own lives the more they attack a person that has nothing to do with their filth whatsoever.

Things like sex,gifts admiration you get you gotta be careful with all of it. Also we are not part of the hive mind been caught up in situations we're I'm like how did I get in all this trouble when I was just minding my business. As they say we just gotta move differently.

2018 I called the lieutenant the local sheriff's office texting over my text him and his wife and then her messages went straight to my email as well as the mechanic found a GPS on my car board by the neighbor across the whole as I had the receipt with her credit card information. And then the game got played after that it was in my home. I'm not a criminal but that is how I found out that I was getting stalked. This Lieutenant later got fired but he was the son-in-law of my best friend and I suspected it was him that was setting me up prior this story is big and outrageous. I really can't say ignoring them will work because I have been ignoring them (WORST-NEIGHBOR" S) in Philly for 5 years now (EASTWICK-side). Day one here is when it started & I have never ever had a single conversation with any of them just Hi!! Stalk me every day. But because I have a personal relationship with God/Jesus I guess the demons in them get uncomfortable, anyways I thought that I was the only person this is happening too!!
