2 cups [400g] glutinous rice
1½ tablespoons turmeric powder or freshly grated turmeric
1 tablespoon lime juice
Lime slices
a pinch of salt
¼ teaspoon peppercorn
½ cup [~110ml] coconut milk used canned

黄姜饭
2杯[400克]糯米
1½汤匙黄姜粉或新鲜磨碎的黄姜
1汤匙柠檬汁
柠檬片
少许盐
¼茶匙白胡椒
½杯[〜110ml]椰奶
