The instant I heard the intro to this song, I knew I would like it! I am 66 years old, and Led Zeppelin is one of my favorite bands! I was listening to Jimi Hendrix, The Doors, Led Zeppelin, Steppenwolf, and others while I did my homework as kid! Marko is just a few years younger than me, so I think he listened to a lot of the same rock music that I did back in the 1960's and 70's.

Thanks for the reaction. I love this song. It is so fresh. It's Marko's song, lyric and music that fits his musical style. I'm glad that they both make music different from Nightwish. This song is not only a gift for many old NW and their own fans, but also a possible promise of new collaborations and music. I am a fan of both Tarja's and Marko solo work. And they just finished a joint tour in South America and announced an autumn tour in Europe.
Das ist Markos Band, er hat mit ihnen bereits ein Album in zwei Varianten veröffentlicht, eine finnische und eine englischsprachige Version. Soweit ich weiß sind die meisten der Musiker auch in Raskasta Joulua involviert. Dieses neue Lied hat Marko mit dem Gitarristen Tuomas Wäinölä geschrieben, der Text sollte eine Liebesbotschaft an Markos Ehefrau darstellen. Weil er das nun mit Tarja singt interpretieren Leute sehr viel Anderes hinein, ich habe auch viele Kommentare gesehen, wo sich Verfasser ärgern, dass es nicht wie Nightwish klingt... Es klingt genau wie alles andere, was Marko bisher als Solo-Künstler und auch mit Tarot geschaffen hat (Tarot ist ganz klar heavier, aber die Ähnlichkeit ist vorhanden). Und ich bin ein großer Fan davon. Dieses Lied habe ich aus sentimentalen Gründen erwartet - ich war bereits NW Fan als End of an Era geschehen ist - und es ist selbstverständlich toll, diese beiden großartigen Sänger wieder zusammen zu erleben, aber rein musikalisch gefällt mir das total. Bin gespannt wie der nächste Album von Marko wird. Und ich höre immer wieder, dass er selbst ein Feature auf dem nächsten Album von Tarja bekommt, also mal sehen.
One of the best duets ever. After so many times I have already seen this, it still makes me so moved how happy Marko looks while they are singing those lyrics facing each other: you still believe in me. And knowing this is a love song for his wife makes it even better. Beautiful.
They have just ended a tour in SA together, and september 2025 they are going on tour in Europe. There voices are a perfect match and always have been. This song was first made to be a lovesong to Markos wife, insted it become to be a song with a friend, Markos own word in an intervju.

I was already a big Marko fan, loved his solo project, and mega Floor fan but never a Tarya hater. I even had some of her music on my play lists. I find this experiment very successful, screaming for continuation. One does not exclude the other, Loving Nightwish with Floor doesn’t mean you can’t be happy with this new formation. They both rock.

After his recovery he said that somehow he wants to do this with his long lost friend together. However, they did some RJ concerts before already. Many fans say that they should start a new band together. This is Marko band and they do nice own music too.
