    Thanq very much for these lessons but my question is if i drink 1 jug of water right after waking up to clear the bowl then what should be the gap before doing these breathing exercises

      BP patient should only do anulom vilom with care and caution. And gentle kapalbhati also can be performed.

      You can practice up to 2 times easily. Morning and evening. 😇🙏
