Going purely by his personal timeline (regardless of how time passes for the rest of the universe) Strange must be thousands of years old. In Infinity War, he lived through every one of the 14 000 604 lost battles against Thanos, at least some of which had to be the full 5 years from the Snap to the final battle.
He also died in every one of them, in addition to having died at the hands of Dormammu god knows how many times.
