I just contacted my dealer and he said Audi A1 2010/12 models do not have Audi Connect. These options will not work then but for other Audi's with connect it will. Good video! (edited)

Ironically, I found your video after looking for a solution other than your one, cos it fails for me. When I try adding my Vin to myaudi it says can't add VIN, in true Audi helpfulness, no reason why it can't.

when you do this update, it will automatically update the mmi and intrument cluster
@@Alexandru_Aioanei ah right I have the early 2016 model and I don't get the nav between the diels just the direction arrow. Would it give me the actual map in-between?
Select NAV on intrument cluster. On the steering wheel, next to the left scroll button, you have a square button on the right side of the steering wheel, press it and select map

Salut. Merci frumos! Inca nu am incercat sa fac update la ASI. Cauta pe myAudi sa vezi daca gasesti posibilitatea de a face update sau pune o intrebare la reprezentanta (la cineva care este priceput) daca pt masina ta exista update ca sa stii sigur daca cauti sau nu update-ul.
@@Alexandru_Aioanei masina este compatibila cu update-ul,este vorba de un Audi A7 2015. Multumesc mult de ajutor si tine-o tot asa !

Salutare. Nu am activat pana acum deoarece nu am gasit o codare sigura. Sigur merge activat. Mai depinde si de masina respectiva daca suporta activat (daca are camera pt a vedea semnele)

2016 is too old. Unfortunately Audi only gives free Map Updates for 3 Years :(
Will this work on a Base B9 platform that did not come with navigation installed? So no virtual cockpit and no navigation. It just says “navigation not supported on this model.”

Salut! După instalarea activatorului trebuie introdus din nou cardul cu hărțile și sa rămână tot timpul în SD 1? Și dacă pot circula cu mașina în timp ce se instalează hărțile. Mulțumesc!
Salut. Dupa ce se instaleaza, poti scoate cardul. Dureaza cam 30-40 min pana se instaleaza
