I studied for months and couldn't pass, I guess passing is a blessing
I failed 3times,I lost money to reviews and scams that never helped but the major thing is that I’ve never lost hope

Number 27 is incorrect. Due on sale clause would be more closely related as the "alienation clause." The acceleration clause is actually when a mortgagor defaults and misses payments. They are NOT the same. Just to help you guys out don't miss this!

Number 3 I believe you meant to put B. An easement only allows the dominant tenement to use the servant tenement's land to gain access to the dominant tenement's land. The servient tenement does NOT need to gain access over the dominant tenement's land.

I've been struggling to pass my real estate exams for over a year, if there's anyone who knows any tips or alternatives to pass please share
all I did was. I simply subscribed to the questions and answers and paid $1000. I studied them for just 5 days and I was chocked to see everything she provided me on the day of my exam. I passed. Amanda is a wonderful alternative
I think thev're too man people in this field now, making the entire process of passing the exam a lot more difficult in the recent time

Number 12 makes no sense. If the list price is let's say $100,000 and you buy it with a 20% discount. Then you would have paid $80,000. If you sell it for the original list price of $100,000, then your profit is $20,000 / $80,000 = 25%. In what world is this 100% profit?
