I loved it and I think it had a bit of lover energy too, so I don't agree that she should have worn a folklory/cottagecore dress, in that case we would have said that she didn't wear something formal/extra-enough for the Grammy's

The mirrorball dress is fine, but the boots kinda like... Crease and fold in a weird way. I would expect, with a material like that, the boots would be more fitted. The dress was so tight that she apparently had a hard time breathing, but the boots were practically falling off of her. Sloppy
I would’ve liked the mirrorball better with black suede thigh highs.
It was heartbreaking to see that 2013 gold dress for me. I had an ED at that same time and seeing that experience reflected in one of my favorite musicians a decade away from that event was so jarring. I really feel for her and I’m glad both of us were able to move past that point in our lives. Happy for her and how far she’s come ❤

I love these comprehensive review videos! I do have to respectfully disagree about the flower dress. Also I think you should review every single movie acting role she's had (Hannah Montana, Cats, etc). It would be a funny roast and also make a good tier list video.
I love the mirror ball dress on her so much it's just been a moment for me since I saw it. I could have definitely gone without the high boots though.

I am a lover of high necklines and always will be. They are elegant and wonderfully antiquated in a classic way. They also conceal my woefully short neck. High necklines are feminine and dreamy in aesthetic. 🖤

I truly appreciate you. I really like Taylor, her music is incredible and unique, her lyrics are genius, she’s beautiful, well mannered, charming, classy and awkwardly cute ☺️ But she isn’t an all along nice girl that she’s been trying to come across as, she’s more complex and complicated, which makes her personality interesting. She is more like Blair Waldorf, Regina George, Chanel ( from scream queens) kind of girl rather than naive Lindsey Lohan from„Mean girls“. And that’s what I like about her!! She’s savage and shady while being stunningly gorgeous, intelligent and extremely sensitive. She makes mistakes and does sometimes very questionable things. And that’s ok!!
Among her fans it’s not acceptable to speak your honest opinion and criticize any of her actions. Unfortunately, I think she approves this type of behavior of being a Stan. So, for you to speak your opinions so openly and giving honest review is really brave and refreshing..

Your approach towards analyzing and the way of explaining is so amazing and I do agree with most of your opinions the only ones I disagree with are :
23:52 2013 grammys I don't like this look, the neckline is too plunging and the hair looks like she has a very short boyish coconut hair but when she opens her hair later on it looks so much better, I guess my concern is not with the dress but with hair mainly.
33:34 the 2015 billboard music awards I think it looks great, one of my favourite taylor swift looks EVER, I do think it looks a little less flattering in pictures but in videos it serves and her bust looks amazing.
37:00 2016 bmi awards.....this is just horrendous. The print looks so cheap, she looks so cunning, her face looks lifeless, the bleach hair makes her look enough edgy but the frosty pink lip and contour throws it away for me...she just looks like an aunt trying to fit in and look cool and fails horribly. I guess the lifeless vibes comes from what she was going through in her relationships, she just looks sad.
The mirrorball outfit is my favourite and I love it but only upto her upper profile, I agree that the boots are a little too much, the makeup is just phenomenal her eyes look so good and there is just something about how light reflects on her face off of the dress from the camera flash, looks so glamorous! in hindsight it conveys the message she was trying to give, the light harshly bouncing off of her but she is there serving and shining like a mirrorball! gorgeous.
41:42 2019 I heart radio, I don't like this one her shoulders look too broad and this is supposed to give more feminine vibes with the color palette and the sparkles but the cut is just not flattering on her body.
2020 sundance film festibval one would look so great if the belt was black and coat just wasnt there.
2021 grammy look, I just like it and I don't know why. I have such warm feelings associated with it...she showed upto grammys after so many years, makes history by winning the highest accolade, the way she just interacts on the stage with her collaborators and a simple happy speech with the casual mention of joe and....and... HAYLOR, we get them interacting for the first time as exes publicly how can I not love it!
The all too well violet suit is a serve. She looks so mature and its signaling, I am a grown up woman now no longer crying of a heartbreak which happened 12 years ago but I am still proud of my art and I am going to present it with the honor and dignity that it deserves. the makeup is good but somehow in some picture she looks old and wrinkly but I guess they are of her in the middle of speaking. overall a great look.

Her nautical look outside of a fashion show towards the end of bleachella was Gigi x Tommy Hilfiger (not Ralph Lauren). I’ve spent way too much time looking into her outfits over the years. Agree that the color of the Stuart Weitzman over-the-knee boots is awesome on her. The Miu Miu look from the 2022 Brit awards *was* custom - which, given that (as you noted) that the fit is off, is strange. It was fun to hear your opinion on a lot of these luxe because we don’t often hear your take on fashion. I thought the street style video you did was so fun!

I was really expecting this to be a “let’s shit on Taylor” for 48 minutes but this was such a well thought out constructive criticism that I really enjoyed watching. I don’t have a sense of fashion beyond “that’s pretty” and “not for me,” so it was actually super interesting hearing you explain exactly why you thought things worked or didn’t work. I found myself swayed several times by your arguments.
At the end of the day, I think overall her looks have been gorgeous, but I also acknowledge that she is just such a beautiful person that she gets away with looks that maybe aren’t right for her body type in my opinion. But after watching this, I definitely see what you mean now in the difference between her dressing or not dressing for her body type.

A lil trivia: the 2014 Grammys Gucci Premiere silver gown was turned down by Anne Hathaway and so Joseph scooped it up for Taylor. Sample Size clothes (size 0-2) are sent to celebrity stylists under the assumption their clients are Sample Size, which most are because showbiz sucks: beauty standards in general make people think a size 6 is thicc or even fat. Julianne Moore has to fit into the same dress as Rooney Mara who is 30 years younger. Beauty standards affect us all but Taylor is a celebrity and was held to the impossible Sample Size standard and that affected her. Taylor is still Sample Size but the standards haven't changed even now.😞
I forgot to mention the reason the clothes aren't tailored well is Taylor is Sample Size so she has the same body type as a rubway model; Joseph foolishly felt he could just copy and paste it on Taylor from the runway/lookbook. Nope.

The flower dress was awful. It was very much like Taylor got into a time machine, went back to the 1970's, walked onto the Sesame Street set, and asked Big Bird to fashion her a whimsical dress. The dress tries so hard to be cute while failing so hard at the effort that it just leaves confused chaos in it's wake.
I completely agree with you that she absolutely looks stunning in Ralph Lauren. Taylor rocks anything "preppy" and streamlined. Her body gives such designs whimsey and can make plain look very feminine and chic.
But the girl loves to get lost in overly abundant fabric of obnoxiously mismatched shades, OR too much of the same as with the plaid suit of ALL plaid and the mirror-ball dress complete with slouchy mirror-ball thigh-high boots.
