The low light camera works a treat Josh. I was lucky enough to get to get on this ride last year when I was there thanks to a cast member who gave me a fast pass. This ride certainly has it’s ups and downs 😆

The only thing that’s missing is the smell, besides the impossible you guys made this seem as close as you can get to being there😁

What does it normally smell like? I’ve never been and I’m hoping to try it this year.
@@LegendaryFrxst_Drxgon smells kinda like a basement and air conditioning that’s what I remember lol. But the drop shaft before you start dropping is very very very hot in the summer lol.

You've done it yet again! A wonderful new video of a still wonderful older ride, a triumph of imagineering. As a retired environmental groundwater geologist, I love the dusty, rusty, old water wellhead in the basement (not seen directly in this video, but I think some of the associated piping and valves are shown at 2:35).
Excellent picture. I have done that ride several times and must admit that I have missed much. Looking forward to revisiting DisneyWorld once all has settled down.

This is my all-time favorite ride at WDW! I especially love the queue - I can never get enough of it. Back in the day, I would make fast passes for my family of five and use everyones magic band to ride it five times in a row by myself because no one in my family wanted to!! EEEEEeeeeee!!! Of course, you can't do that anymore.

Great video! Low light camera really makes a difference. I’ve never ridden this ride because I’m not a fan of drop towers, but I think because I love the Twilight Zone so much, I may suck it up and ride it on my next trip down to wdw in November.

Is it a new thing during the drop sequence to see a screen and the window/glass breaking again? We never ever saw that on our drop. The only screen we've seen is when you are at the bottom. Thanks alot Josh! Great professional video as always

I rode this during WWD 25th anniversary. Long lines but worth It. Put a coin on lap B4 descent and it will float close to your face.

Love seeing the rides. Just wonder how long Disney can sustain at these crowd levels. Parks division is down billions this year. That can't stay that way too long. They need to start considering making masks optional and opening up fully.
