No Lord to that backyard!! The way my nerves are all I can see/think of is snakes, mosquitoes and raccoons!😅 Either they did some of the work themselves or they hired a cheap shade tree "contractor". The basement made no sense right along with the shower in the laundry room. Everything else has good potential. That might be a bar on the deck. Nice video.

beautiful house , i would have replace the top part ,where you says you would cut down the trees, make that a pool area , take one part of the stairs make it a patio for the pool but continue the stairs, expand the pool
