Nice house, however, the way you and others move around and film these homes is nauseating to watch. The camera should not be whipped around.
I love how spaced out these houses are. And it’s huge with a huge backyard! You rarely see that anymore. Most are built damn near on top of each other.
No helicopters, no sirens, no screaming homeless people everywhere.....I can't even imagine how peaceful and lovely it would be to move there from Los Angeles! Hahaha! I am a realtor and I would also delete and re-record hahahah!

This needs new fencing, and a landscaper right away.. This house needs a lot of work. The asking price should be reduced to allow the buyer to make the much needed updates.
I can't imagine a savvy well-educated homebuyer taking out a 30 year loan on this money-pit. It would take $ 50,000 to make that house
on par with what homebuyers are looking for. We have a vacant house similar to it for ten years in front of our house. At some point, it
is cheaper to demolish and start over.

If I could...because everyone is a critic LOL And this isnt on you! I see many homeowners who dont take the time to think of curb appeal or perform some basic cleaning before taking pictures and videos to sell their homes. First impressions are important. I dont know about anyone else but if i see grungy carpet or yard not maintain or walls that are messed up I do scutinize the home that much more.

The fence hasn't been cared of its horrible. The garage drive has no space youll have to back in your vehicle and hope not hit my other car. The leaves are horrible and those dam trees are ridiculous. Back yard looks like wild animals ate back there. Gated community for $600,000 I don't think so
