It's always great content to see the business side of store operations, the how and why your store chose xyz process, follow ups showing if it worked or did you need to pivot, explaining of a real cost to any business ... time/time management. Any series you choose can be long running, once a month type, and gets to show overall views.
I appreciate the content your store has made already and look forward to future walkthroughs.

i would like to see the phys-batch machine in action, maybe some progress updates on what it has done so far. Would also enjoy seeing more of the process in rebuilding your tcgplayer inventory and more information on how you are rebuilding your inventory to work better for the new direct requirements. Sure, bring us more, if your time allows! Great to improve efficiency by saving up space and better working conditions (eye level vs accessible storage). I think the main issue with expanding the pool of offered cards is to maintain the flow of cards entering the system and those getting shipped out.
What is CNA's main source there, box opening or collection/card buying? I guess it depends on new vs. older cards, but in general?
