#1: Stay Motivated During Change & Live on Your Terms

Is 2 months too early to quit a job? Is work supposed to fulfill a purpose or just pay bills? Does a vision help us handle the uncertainty of change? And how do you stay motivated during change in life and at work?
My co-host, Philipp from ‪@philsinnovationshuttle6953‬ lost a close family member a few years ago. Our jobs moved us from Europe to the US and we both work at startups. We talk about handling change in life. And we get real about our limiting beliefs, idealizing other people’s lives, the limitations of self-reflection, the illusion of dream jobs, and why it’s a bad idea to choose money and comfort over making change in life.
