    small addition: I loved to finish this stretching with a child's pose for stretching out my back :)

    This is awesome, thanks for going through it all! Is there a stretch you'd recommend for lower back? I have a couple I use already but finding that I'm not feeling the stretch very much and I'm not sure of the form on them.

      +Elly Morris Cat-Cow is a good one (from yoga)... otherwise I like to sit with legs out in front, spread out a little to the sides. Then tuck one foot in to the opposite thigh, and lean over toward the outstretched leg. This should get you in the side of your low back, on the tucked-foot side... I hope that helps!
