    I am not involved in athletics or skating. But I am seriously involved in fitness activity(weight training+stretching+preliminary Pilates)I am a male and age:62 years.
    I find your videos vitally important. Can you suggest me dos and donts for my age group ?

    Great butt muscles exercises. Strong butt muscles is extremely important and preventing injuries. In addition, having big butts is extremely sexy for women. The bigger the butts the sexier a woman is to men.
