Captain Lee, Kate, and Ashton reunite as a team and embark on an exciting new season in Thailand on mega yacht “Valor.” After his brush with death last season and promotion to bosun, Ashton’s work hard, play harder persona is at an all-time high. While his leadership on deck holds strong, Ashton struggles below deck to keep his emotions in check after the crew gets an unexpected surprise that rocks Ashton to his core. Chef Kevin’s high standards and strict rules for the kitchen and service clash with Kate’s stew style, leading to fiery confrontations in the galley. Kate tries to foster a productive work environment for her team, but when Simone feels favoritism to Courtney, the stews go head-to-head. When Abbi is unable to adapt to the high demands of yachting, Brian and Tanner are forced to pick up the extra work. Brian, Ashton, Tanner, Simone, Courtney, and Kate all find themselves in and out of love on the boat, resulting in love triangles and heartbreak. Ashton is a powder keg, giving off sparks. He gets drunk, sexually aggressive, then when rejected he becomes abusive. Even worse, he manages to twist the rejection into "you insulted my mother!" and makes it all about "Brave Ashton" defending his family's honour. The way this year's team talk about their female co-workers, behind their backs, is degrading, insulting and yes, misogyinstic.
Meanwhile, Courtney is very perceptive. She's the one to watch.

This season was hard to watch, Ashton was awful and brought the others into it. No, Rhylee was not innocent in her ways, but Ashton as her manager made it worse. Very sad season

Aston's managing skills are really sad and hurtful. Have you ever seen Captain Lee ever discipline like that? He teaches and talks to you in a respectful way for you to learn, He teaches and he never ever points his finger. Even Captain Sandy never does that!
Rhylee's behavior towards the captain was always respectful. He treated her with respect, and acknowledged her work ethic. Cpt Lee has always acknowledged how hard she works. A good manager can manage his crew based in their skills...
Ashton making an excuse for them not moving over so Rhylee can sit down, she asked them to move over and Tanner literally looks at her laughing and not moving then finally gets up, they're such bullies.
The guys all rubbed each other’s egos this year. They completely downplayed what went down with rhylee and kept making excuses and trying to put her in a bad light but they can’t fool what we can all see in camera. They’re just pigs.
