I really like Eddie this year. He’s matured so much since the last time he was on the show.
He is listening to Elizabeth complain about the Chief Stew INSTEAD of making suggestions on how she might improve her performance "or" walking away from the conversation! He is not supporting the Chief Stew.
I don't like how angry he gets, like when he fell in on the first episode and someone (James?) tried to pull him back on board and he screamed, "Get the fuck off me!" So rude and unnecessary

The more I listen to Eddie, the more I like him. He’s funny, good looking, & I agree with pretty much all he says. My hope is that the next season of BD reunites Eddie & Capt Lee once again...IMO they have a great & entertaining rapport. I’m still not sure about Francesca. On one hand I get her frustration with Elizabeth...but on the other hand I get the impression she was kind of mean & condescending with her. Elizabeth & “Sunshine” seemed to me very similar in abilities...nice but lacking.

Francesca was very concise when she told Elizabeth to change the master suite sheets and Elizabeth relayed the wrong information to Ash and created more work for the 3rd stew, that’s not fair and Elizabeth made another mistake because she doesn’t listen.... she not a good listener and she not good at multitasking.. she sucks at a job..

Francesca is not really a shit better than Elisabeth, she quarrels several times, like when she has to serve breakfast in episode 13, and makes the wrong order and does not answer Rachel on the radio. It was a mistake promoting her to second, an unusual management tactic in the first place but I see what Francesca was trying to accomplish. Rachel and Izzy, however consciously, were feeding Elizabeth's narrative. If someone who's blatantly bad at their job is complaining to you about it, regardless of how much you like them or how much of a nice person they are, you shouldn't be fuelling the fire by agreeing that they're being "targeted". If Izzy or Rachel actually cared as much as they claimed, they'd have tried to help Elizabeth, especially considering Izzy had stew experience, and Rachel knew exactly what she wanted from a server.

Francesca has set up such a toxic environment for Elizabeth. Elizabeth can't make a move without Fran getting on her case. Fran leads by criticism instead of compliments. She should take a page out of Kate's book. Learn to say things nicely, be helpful, stop laying blame! If Fran thinks Liz is incompetent, then she work along side of her. @@shannonsullivan143 I always thought 2 stews went ashore to serve the guests meals because it was so much extra work with setup, waiting on guests and packing things to go back to the boat. I think Hannah and Kate almost always went ashore with their guests. Fran probably wanted the afternoon off and since she and the other stew swam in uniform, Liz now has more laundry to do.

Fran is not a bad boss. But she is vindictive. I can see her deliberately causing Elizabeth to fail, just to get rid of her.
Elizabeth is scatter brained, so Fran should have made a list for her to reference, for the picnic. Also, Fran should promote Ashley, and demote Elizabeth.
Francesca doesn't come across as a good boss to me. Not very transparent and a bit condescending. That said, Elizabeth just seems too much in her own head and a bit space-y. Not a good combo
Elizabeth is a baby. Grow up! Be responsible. If you don't know what the position entails then get the information. She didn't do anything except complain. Learn the position! If you feel like being cuddled like a baby the go home to mommy. She needing to take notes, learn the position. She needed to be an adult and ask Francesca for instructions.

I feel like I’m the only one who liked Elizabeth...I felt bad that she was getting pushed around - it’s why Izzy left in the first place. I don’t like Francesca, I don’t agree with her management style, her attitude, just nothing about her is appealing. She just tries to get Elizabeth fired at every corner, it’s crappy leadership. Instead of teaching or encouraging her, she just finds every fault you can think of - it would be easier to have her admit that she just doesn’t like Elizabeth instead of coming up with so much excuses. It feels like it’s something personal instead of professional, whatever the reason I feel for Elizabeth.
Elizabeth is clearly terrible at her “profession” so it is a professional problem. Might have something personal as well but it’s definitely an issue with Elizabeth’s lack of ability to do absolutely anything. She’s daft 🤦🏻♀️
Then why not just teach her? What’s the point of running around snapping at her without actually guiding her? If anything, that’s how you get someone to learn, if not then let her go. It’s like she’s stuck on the middle and it’s exhausting to watch.
