Elizabeth keeps disregarding instructions and acts SURPRISED when it all goes to s**t, and Francesca is annoyed with her.

Agreed. I was shocked at her shock in being fired. She screwed up WAAAAY more than Shane. She's COMPLETELY unprofessional and disrespectful. She also has a real listening problem, because she repeatedly ignored what she was told to do. Leaving guess for over 40 minutes until they came and asked what was going on (when she was told to check on them every 10 minutes), forgetting to put out silverware (the guest had to ask for a fork), forgetting champagne, forgetting to put sun screen in the picnic when her supervisor actually, specifically, told her to do it. She almost killed everybody with mustard gas. Francesca SPECIFICALLY said to take it outside, and then when the head engineer said he smelled something chemical, and asked if they were using anything, Francesca said no and she just kept her mouth shut. And her answer to the client when he finally came down to ask for service was, "Oh I was just about to go out there." That's her answer for everything. Not taking down decorations, and not keeping the various sections neat. This is not your apartment, and people don't have 20 minutes to look for something because they can't see where it is. She needs to shut up and do her job. And even I knew you never, EVER sleep in a guest cabin! If she would have focused on her job and HER MANY MISTAKES more than complaining about Francesca and playing the victim, she would have done a whole lot better! I would have fired her long ago.
And Elizabeth, it most definitely WAS fair (in fact, you got way more chances than Shane did!).
I felt sorry for Francesca- but I got why Lee likes Kate so much. She only bothers him with the big stuff.
Franshesca is an abuzer, Elizabeth is stupid for taking that. Franchesca is more buzy to find a reason to fire her, she just can't stand her, since the new one arrived. If she had that chence with izzy , izzy would't be gone now.

most important the disappointed face Francesca pulled after the the toxic smile when she didn’t get her way what does captain lee think of that? rather have a respectful stew did she need to go probably yes having a respectful boss is way easier and gives a way better feeling but don’t listen you pay the price Eddie is just the perfect example all my support and respect to captain lee pauze the good memory’s don’t punish yourself I once was that kid and had a father that didn’t want to have anything to do with it or help me me get off the drugs I tried many times failed I’m 39 know and one year ago been diagnosed with ptsd and adhd I’m clean for 3.5years really wanted to show my dad I could do it

I can’t even believe there are people that are on Elizabeth’s side in the comments they’ve clearly never been in a management position. There was nothing wrong with Francesca’s management of Elizabeth she gave her multiple chances.
Elizabeth is so clueless all the time , she has no idea what she has done wrong.

James should have been booted from the boat too. HE talked her into that cabin stuff and didn't give a damn. He even said he'd do it again if he felt like it. In a crisis, run far and fast from him.

I can see, they are affected by corona cancellations, Denmark went totally "dead" in less than 12 hours. On 11.03.2020, EVERYTHING closed, only supermarkets, pharmacies, the health service and public transport had to stay open. We are still affected by corona, especially the tourism industry and restaurants have huge problems. People could not travel or come home, ALL planes were grounded, so some had to rent a car and drive through all of Europe to Denmark, as the border was open

It's actually easy if you do not know. I once knew a pharmacist who set fire to the basement and the fire department sprayed water to put it out, but they did not know there were chemicals that could explode in contact with water. Lack of training, which is evident on board the boat

@@freelancerconverse4413 that was his first offence that he got caught on, she was caught multiple times for multiple reasons and it the chief stew threw the towel on her, and so would I, she was annoying af
This was her 100th+ offence that she was caught on, compared to the 1st offence of the guy. Nothing to do with the sexes but more of accumulated number of offences that the chief stew had enough of from the girl who she is in charge of
But every time she did something wrong, Francesca would call her oit. When did the conversation with the guy about him sleeping in the guests room happen?
Elizabeth at 30 years of age is too old to be so naive about relationships, life and work. She's sweet and pleasant but unemployable at this stage. Unfortunately on reflection she still couldn't take personal responsibility. Francesca was too emotional dealing with her. She needs to look at that. James is neither boyfriend nor husband material, just a one night stand. No parent would be overjoyed if their precious daughter brought him home to meet the family.
It's INCREDIBLE what's going on on that ship. The managers treat their employee like shit, and the employees treat each other to hell. Anyone can make mistakes, but on that ship you get "beheaded" and I can damn well understand people getting frustrated.

Bravo tell the guests to ask for as much as possible, so they asked for a ridiculous amount - that would never fly in a normal setting. Rachel was right to be annoyed, but she took it way too far 🙈

Just watching this season now and I definitely prefer Francesca to Kate. Although there’s less entertainment and arguments so far, Captain Lee seems calmer and I like this crew. Let’s see how things progress

Sleeping in the bed was the last straw, watch the whole season. Fransesco isn’t great but my god Elizabeth is just another level annoying and irresponsible

The more episodes I watch, the more it dawns on me that the only one who has the dream job is Captain Lee himself. The girls knuckle their ass out of their pants, the men do a lot, but Lee sits in his wheelhouse and enjoys it. It would NEVER have happened here in Denmark, the Danish Working Environment Authority and the trade union would never allow people to work from 07.00 morning to 02.00 night more or less without rest ..
Right now, a case is being filed against an online supermarket, which treats their employees and especially drivers as one does on the boat. Now this company is blocked by both private customers and companies incl. public companies so that they do not trade with them. Gordon Ramsey had a program called "The Kitchen From Hell", this must be "The Boat From Hell".

This show always has newbies or "green " crew so the crew pick on them never give them positive feedback until they leave or get fired. Its so uncomfortable to watch

Francesca: Poor leader, functional but boring, too authoritarian, didn't want to bring on weak members of staff and had to be instructed on dealing with staff by Eddie....bring back Kate or Hannah!

Jason, useless deck hand, more of a pure Fk-Boy, more concerned with how he looked on camera, thought he was on a holiday, would be fired after 1 charter on any other yacht. Elizabeth should have been kept in the ironing room, useless also, should have been fired after charter 1...

Fransesca is becoming more and more disgusting and has clearly got Ash on his side. Fransesca is totally unsuitable, as a leader as she speaks to and behind speaks people. She could learn a lot from Eddie. Ash could not have so much pli, even to tell them that she could not sleep, but thinks she is "playing" with Fransesca, for they are exactly the same disgusting type.
