What nobody is talking about: This season the chef is Tripple A. He is causing ZERO Issues compared to other chefs.
Interieur is super weak in comparison..
They hire a beginner with no experience and then complain that she is not up to their standards..
You realize that the people who are complaining about Lily aren't the people who hired her, right?
On every show if the interior need help and deck crew technically arent doing something they help. All four of the interior were busy so exterior crew were being a'holes.
The deck crew definitely have the hardest jobs. They are busy all day into the evening. The interior need to work harder rather than complaining constantly
Exterior crew is so pissy about helping out. But the pressure time is at a time. If the rooms were messy you can’t do service because when will the rooms get tidied ?
Tumi should have dine cabins and let jess and kyle train lily on service Or have kyle do cabins, and her and jess train lily on service.
But Tumi lacks management skills, and would never figure that out
Lily (and Jessika) took too long the turn over the cabins, though.
@@lizdobson9793 exactly, Lily didn't know anything about laundry, but could carry plates and follow Tumi around, and be much more useful, than trying to help with laundry, where she probably slowed down, what 1 person could do... without having to go explain things..
They do enough, and do help. They had a couple of stews cleaning. It should have been one.

Natalya ruined her chances on that boat. Tumi was messy but Natalya should have never gossip about Tumi to everybody on that boat. Kyle should have been fired long ago. Why is that goofy guess walking around opening the crew door? Where is security.
Tumi and Kyle started their nonsense before they even got on the boat. Kyle talked so much crap about Nat that Tumi disliked her before meeting her. Nat didn't ruin her chances, but I bet Tumi will NEVER be in charge ever again on these shows

@@TheRealJohnHooper Nope, she didn't, that's definitely not on her. As you can see in the series, she and other captains, use a recruitment company to acquire some staff at short notice during a season and I'm willing to bet that production selects nearly all of the crew.

@@TheRealJohnHooper In charge, yes, that in no way equates to "hiring every crew member", which they don't. Once the crew are on board the craft, they are in charge of them/the vessel/guests thereafter and can fire/hire new staff. You forget this is a production franchise, too, not not quite the same as general charters. Do some research, the production talk very openly about how crew are hired. Sometimes captains will say they want x, y, z as part of the crew. I am fairly confident that Captain Sandy did not hire the majority of this crew, although the captain would have signed off on it and of course have a say as it's a collaboration. Do you seriously think any Captain would hire someone to be part of the crew if they already knew there was a track record of drama/hazard risk?
