    I'm assuming this would explain lots of videos of ppl microwaving random foods and making crazy claims of whats in the food? Like nitrites being a carcinogen? I've heard that one on a video of a woman getting this reaction when microwaving deli ham

      Incorrect. Plasma is extremely hot, ranging from 11,000-14,000° F. Just look up a plasma cutter, pretty interesting stuff
