Hey, It’s L, I’ll ask max for thoughts in a sec. I was funnily enough watching the same video last night. I think you are somewhat right in “recycling of old selves” if you mean what i think you do. Like, we develop different senses of self throughout life stages. if trauma happens during one of the stages, an alter will split off, often reflecting the stage. That why little alters are almost always present and reflecting the age they split off. Trauma happens to the child, a child alter may split off. Max split off when I was a teenager. Its like modified part if your soul at different stages. But we also know there are alters that get made which don’t reflect the stage or soul at all. So it’s interesting.
Max here now, thanks! i know it can’t be reincarnation, because people have alters that are basically younger versions of themselves. people have these things called fragments, which are alters designed to do only one thing, like clean, and they are too one-dimensional. also, non-human and supernatural alters. but honestly it does feel like i am someone else somewhere out there sometimes so i can see where the theory comes from.

some food for thought that i shared on that vid withKyle. i am Norse and the old nordic view of the person was that there was not one soul - there were personas that helped with courage, magic, personal luck - that is more like charm and cleverness - and i often think of this . There are also helper spirits fylgyr and Disir as well as ancestral and common bond - you want to check research with Arith Hagar for more of this. I like the idea because i am animist (a belief that everything has it's own spirit) That being said - i also have quite a good amount of past life recall - and i can tell you that only ONE OF my 'alter's is like one from another life. And i have many.

hii! so im the host and i identifi with she /her but i also have and alter that is male and trans and he have some good friends that are trans ass well and im also friends whit them .my advice is to start introduce yourself to the trans comunity cuz they will understand you re filings and call you by you re pronounce (sorry for my english) oh yeah he is also a protector
Oh ando also please please be carefull cuz not every guy that is trans is ok .we actully found out that bot the entine comunitty is there for us cuz they just care for him and as long that im here well not everyone undertand the situation so yeah we have just few that understand abd love both of us .hope you as a system to find friends that understand and love yaa 🥺i don t knoe why but i found that love is not that easy ti have .usually people love just me the host and my protector is just there waiting and is sad -is hard .well we are kinda use to not be love .eh our problem is also that we are asexual so this doesent help the situation 😬well we hipe one day to meet system like us 😊stay safe 😇
