Even if the Ginyu Force are many times stronger, they have no answer to the Yardratians techniques. At best they would have some success in taking over a few of their cities. Even if Ginyu did swap bodies, he’d be in a worse position. The body swap would be used for surviving attacks rather than gain power. With Yardrats masterful control of energy, they will succeed in fending of the Ginyu Force and maybe have a counter to body swaps and imposters.

I like how Piccolo has been the leader and forefront force in Namek.
3:13 The Namekians could make use of the Frieza Force ship left behind since they have healing tanks, intergalactic communications and flexible armor, etc.
@Luis Suazo They could simply reverse engineer the Frieza Force technology to be more user friendly to Namekians.

gohan: And no attacks have ever hit that arm since then.
Piccolo's new outfit is definitely on point, love that we're seeing this story revisited now that you've had time to consider how things would move forward. The idea of Piccolo actually staying behind to help the Namekians thrive as a people again is really original, and I'd imagine would lead to some really interesting developments provided this story is going to last into Buu and even super arcs. Can't wait for more!

Getting to see more of Namekian culture is super interesting! Looking forward to more
I can see Namekians doing the "Yes, yes, yes! I can do this, I feel great" scene from piccolo every time a fusion happens lol.
However, while I do appreciate you changing the stigma around Namekian fusion as a good thing, I feel it would be better if he had the stand out students fuse with some of the other more lack luster students so that Namek can have multiple protectors in case anything happens to one of them. But the strongest can still fuse if necessary. Either way though, I'm liking the scenario so I'm looking forward to the next part.

Piccolo being the strongest is a nice change lol. And I like the creative direction you've taken with it.
This does remind me tho, in one of these what-ifs someday, I'd love to see Piccolo use Kaioken to keep up with the Saiyans. Kaioken has SO MUCH potential with Namekians and their ability to regenerate.
Piccolo's fusion with Kami bout to be insane
He may be op, but this works really well! However, the fusion use gets a little uncomfortable (depending on outlook).
My theory for why fusion was barred is someone like Piccolo began to force fusion with almost everyone in pursuit of power long ago.
O.O nice twist at the end there, can't wait to see how Cell reacts to this! I can see now how tough this what if is...its like going through several eyes of several needles.

You know, I am actually hoping Teen Gohan doesn't go SSJ2 by the end of this, but Future Gohan instead. I want Future Gohan and Piccolo to be the emotional backbone of this story, like Future Trunks and Vegeta within the original.

What healing abilitiy?
He can regenerate limbs but it uses up energy and makes him weaker (until he can recover by resting).
Kaioken doesn't cause the users limbs to fall off.
@@EndoScorpion He means the healing ability that the Dragon Clan members can utilize, like Dende and Esca.

I always wondered why Guru didn't just fuse with Mori. Mori would become the new elder and get the power and wisdom from Guru...

Well since piccolo is a Jr. this is a good way to go with a leaving the world saving to the next gen since piccolo is like 14-15 by the time of the cell games.

Well it depends if the androids are as strong as in canon or if somehow they are stronger. And I am assuming that the reason Future gohan was surprised at Piccolo could maybe be due to the Future Timelines piccolo either staying on namek or rushing sooner to earth without a substantial boost in power
