What If Turles Turned Good? In this Dragon Ball world, Turles was good and many other young Saiyans find their way outside of the influence of King Vegeta and the early days of Frieza and Dragon Ball Z or even Dragon Ball Super - if Turles was canon and found his place within the world of the Heeters and Frieza whilst other Saiyans were lost after the erasure of Planet Vegeta and get him reunited with his Tree of Might! What If Turles Was Canon?
Videl finds herself torn between gratitude and skepticism after being saved, setting the stage for a clash of personalities with our hero. Watch as Gohan steps in to mediate, guiding the group through a journey of redemption and self-discovery whilst disguised as the Great Saiyaman. Follow along as Turles' son and his companions navigate the complexities of their newfound alliance, facing challenges both internal and external.

I imagine Turles calling Vegeta on the phone, and Vegeta looking at the caller ID and just groaning. Then Turles asking if the king had any art in the throne room and that's all he wanted to know. Vegeta would be very flustered about such a simple question and no jibes thrown at him.
Vegeta: what!?! Why are you even asking?
Turles: because my son's into art... so anything from the Palace
Vegeta: sadly no... it was all shades of white... except the stained glass windows. Our palace was functional rather than fashionable...
I actually forgot that Vegeta and Turles are brothers in this what if.

I sense a super saiyan four coming in this plotline.
Man. Stories about parents being flawed but ultimately attempting to be understanding really get me.
At this point I kinda feel like Masako should try and see if he could do a what if surrounding the idea that every single Saiyan we meet turns good and attempt revive the saiyan race. Start with Raditz but instead of doing what was already done have him and Goku chill in the otherworld and train together.
Regins' artistic side coming out in fighting and the creativity of ki attacks would be really interesting. Especially if he ends up being part of a fusion.

Awesome part Masako! I really like Regins relationship with Goten and Trunks. He is the rebellious one of the group. I wish Ranch was there. It’s also great to see Turles getting into dad mode. I really hope Regins incorporate his love for art into his fighting style!
This was a very solid part. Very wholesome in a Saiyan way 😁
I know that in the Cell Arc the characters were retconned to be recluses who don't want people to know the truth, from mere years prior when they had no problem shooting energy blasts in the tournament, but if they were at least willing to be truthful to their actions, they wouldn't need Hercule for the save at the end of the Buu Arc.
Not only did this story make Turles the best Saiyan father, it made him the best father ever...

Dude, I love it. Again Regins really comes into being the Bart Simpson of the group or Lampwhick how he swaying Goten and Trunks. Its cool seeing his relationship grow with the other kids, Plus I really love your great Saiyaman voice. Proper cool.

Given how much you fleshed him out gave additional context to what's hinted about him, I think it'd be nice seeing a couple of Dr Gero what ifs. That being what if Gero managed to keep his intended role as main villain even with the additional androids, and what if Dr Gero turned good?
Okay, I am digging how you portray Turles as a father. I find it funny as one of my Xenoverse 2 characters is a female Saiyan who I depict as Turles's daughter, and he was less than ideal as a father in my version. I'm eager to see how this develops when Majin Buu arrives.

I can see Regins coming up with Gotenks-esque techniques on his own.
The last bits of dialog between Turles and Reggins seems like we're setting up Reggins to achieve Super Saiyan 4 in the FAR far future.

Videl should understand why Regins is doing all once the truth is revealed during the tournament. But Regins need to understand that Gohan doesn't care the attention Mr. Satan get for "defeating Cell" so good on Turles for getting onto Regins about this. 👍 The Father-Son Bonding of Turles-Regins painting in the garage while talking about the Saiyans is nice wholesome moment. 🙂 Anyways another really good part, and looking forward to the next part soon.
