What do you think of the Erdezs violas with the cut out? I'm small and narrow, so sometimes reaching around in the upper positions is physically uncomfortable .
I don't prefer to play that style, but some people swear by them... Rather, I prefer to find a smaller viola to work with... There are a few makers that really specialize on smaller models and the viola can project beautifully
