Growing up in a country with tropical weather, I have not thought to read books that “match” the season. Now that I’m getting back into books after many years of not reading much of anything, I’m really enjoying filling my TBR with books with a fall vibe.
definitely! glad to see you are back, hope you are doing well. How have you been and how has PA school been for you so far? I'm currently in my last year of grad school for speech-language pathology! 😊What else do you like to do for fun outside of reading?
I read The Great Alone on vacation in Alaska and it was really atmospheric. I think I liked The Four Winds slightly better; I feel this one could have been a bit shorter. I’d love to see a Q&A, reading blog, day in the life, anything you have time to give us! Do you specialize in a specific field in PA school? What is your typical day like? How do you still find time to read?
Miss Hailey, you needs to read some more Kristin Hannah 🙌🏽 Nightingale, spectacular.... Great Alone, fantastic... Fire Fly Lane & Fly Away, amazing... The Four Winds, excellent 📚 Writers & Lovers and The Plot were such a GREAT reads ❤
I loved Writers & Lovers. It was an easy read, really dug deep into the main character's wrestling with various emotional issues (her mom's death, her romantic relationships, trying to be a writer but being stuck working in a restaurant) and I thought it was really relatable and well-written. I'll def read more by Lily King :)
frankenstein in baghdad is amazing! i read it back in june and it blew me away! the hacienda sounds really goood, will be looking forward to hear your thoughts on it i personally did not vibe with paradise rot, too much piss for my personal taste, but i did appreciate is decaying atmosphere and the way it awakens the reader's senses
I read When The Reckoning Comes earlier this month… it’s very much a summer horror in my opinion but did enjoy it!! The last 40 ish pages of the book are incredible
I haven't read any of your TBR XD This fall I'm going to read The Heavens by Sandra Newman, and Catedrales by Claudia Piñeiro 🤩 Hope you have an excellent reading month 💗
The book of cold cases started off so strong for me but didn’t excite me towards the end. Still decent though! Was hoping to see some Stephen King for your fall TBR 😢 the plot is on my TBR too this fall
I can’t find video where u talked about Johnny’s got his gun.. but I wanted to ask u if knew that metallica’s song “one” is based off that. I just learned this. I was listening to it few days ago and was like wait a minute… and looked it up. Lol I can’t believe it took me this long to make that connection. Just wondering if u knew that?
I read Velvet Is the Night and unfortunately, I hated it. I didn't like the main character, and the story just didn't do it for me. However, I LOVED The Book of Cold Cases, great fall vibes and a really intriguing plotline.

The great alone is my FAVE Kristin Hannah’s book. Heart breaking but the atmosphere is striking
Would love to hear about your undergrad process for PA school. Congratulations on getting into PA school! Loved the vibes of these books!
The plot was good. I guessed the twist so i was bummed but it was still enjoyable
Writers and lovers has probably been my favorite book I’ve read this year!!

For the Q+A: what type of PA do you want to be?
If you haven’t read the maidens yet I think you would really like that one!

Are there any books related to your course that are on your reading list? And how do you find time for your PA studies and CZcams videos?
How long does PA school take?
I liked the Plot. Hope you like it too. :)
Great I hope you stick to it
