My only issue with west African builders the houses are to close and there is absolutely no green spaces no yard or gardens everything outside is tiled over
I bet you don't complain about the same in LA, NYC, CHICAGO, ETC - people living in cages 😂😂😂.
@@GOTravelhannel I absolutely do but the places you listed you can move to the suburbs and find yards and green spaces but in west Africa even in the suburbs they tile over everything.
You mostly see this in pre=built homes, a lot of homes have space for greens..But then again once youve bought it, it is up to you to do with it what you want, so long as its within your agreement with the estate management

Thin skinned! We are not talking here about the CBD ( central business district) America are Canada suburbs are tree lined and super green. These developers in ghana need a bit of passion about the homes that they are building .
Please stop watching African CZcams videos with a myopic American view point. The reason why most houses in Ghana 🇬🇭 don’t have all the “greenery “ , plants, shrubs is that we LIVE IN A TROPICAL COUNTRY and poisonous animals like snakes and scorpions can easily hide in the so called greenery and bite someone. I am a Ghanaian born American citizen 🇺🇸 so I understand both countries. Here in Chicago I can plant some flowers around my house and not worry about snakes but in Ghana try that thing and you will see all types of snakes creeping in. I remember one time we caught this huge cobra hiding in our backyard . Thanks to the greenery it found a safe haven to hide itself and make babies. So next time you wanna talk this greenery @$&)@ think twice .

This is a house that you could expect to see in land deficient cities like Cairo, Gibraltar or Monaco, not Tema on the Ghanaian savanna. It is way too crowded from inside and outside, too many walls and lacking greenery and ambience.
Sales person must speak slowly and clearly to be understood by non west Africans, she is too loud and stutters with her words.😏
