In Ghana, people have a great preference for building their own homes as opposed to buying them. Although it takes time to self-build a house in Ghana, the majority of Ghanaians say it is better when it comes to owning a home in Ghana.
Many Ghanaians prefer to build their own home rather than to buy because of the space it allows for creativity in how you want the home to look.
In this video, we get to tour luxurious apartments built by Danny within the centre of Accra- Ghana. The area used to be a refuse dump before he transformed it to 8 apartments.

In England they build onto small pieces of land you dont need large areas to build you dont need large kitchen large bathroom as you not living in thoes spaces so they only need to be small places could be built like this for the community or in a village

We had the wonderful opportunity of staying at the Decade March 17-31. It was a pleasant stay indeed. For someone like me with an eye for detail and comfort I highly recommend The Decade on your next stay. It is ultra modern, eclectically decorated, in a safe and quiet area. It is strategically central to all the spots in Accra with Uber/ taxis readily available accessible . The staff are polite and readily available to do anything to make your stay even more comfortable. Shout out to Khadija for all her assistance with our stay at the Decade. We had a lovely time and appreciated your prompt attention to resolve minor issues when they arose. We hope to stay there again.😊Royal Kingdom Estates is the standard
Very beautiful place. I suggest that he should get bar stools with back support, they are way more comfortable. This man Danny is very sophisticated, he knows how to appeal to different people. His taste in design is very American.
