I’m very impressed my African brothers & sisters! I want to see African cities looking even better than Europe or America! Keep it going!
That could never happen this location is terrible and has no health and safety standards 90% of this location has no sidewalks and no pavements and open gutters it’s just an area that has a reputation for having the first known fancy houses , if you want to see proper construction and the way road infrastructure should be. Visit Rwanda like I have
@@slaveman2818 if everyone thought like this Africa will never develop! We ALL have to think outside of the box! It must be done NO TURNING BACK! Forward movement my brotha! ✊🏽
Very beautiful and clean. I am from Côte d’Ivoire. I really admire the political stability of Ghana. Stability brings peace , brings international and local investors to invest in the country. God bless Ghana & Africa as whole.
Political stability has been the anchor of peace we are enduring we don't take it for granted we always tank God
This is the Africa we want to see on TV. Thanks bro Ndukwu
This is the Africa that 90% of Africans cannot participate in.
always nice to see the 15%
Beautiful job Ghana from your American sister. Soon to out do them all even the US. Me and my Jamaican hubby will be moving to Ghana early 2025. ❤
Are these developments owned by Ghanaians or by European or Asians developers ? Also , I would advise anyone who is interested in buying into these so called "fractionalized " units , to speak to a lawyer who specializes in real estate law .
Yes majority of them belong to Ghanaians
@@maudoforiaffoh5518 That is GREAT !! 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰 I wish them tremendous success with this and all their future endeavors.
Half of what contributes to ghana gdp are own by foreigners
@@maudoforiaffoh5518 that’s refreshing considering how much the Chinese have thrown their money around and got into everything from mining (legal and illegal) to communications to restaurants which ties into this property as the one restaurant in the water park will be upscale Chinese.
This project is owned by Devtraco plus. It's an indigenous Ghanaian real estate company.
Ghana has actually been stable for a very long time! I can see how Black Americans would want to move there!
This is beautiful!!! Love seeing African countries prosper!! One day, its my dream to visit Ghana and learn more about the architecture, culture, etc. The future is in Africa!
You're welcome
Im working moving to Ghana so I can live a relaxed life.
Come through Ghana 🇬🇭 👏🏿 🙌🏿 sending much love and peace from the African diaspora in 🇺🇸🙏🏿🤜🏿💥🤛🏿❤️
Wow what a beautiful country! I wanna retire in Ghana one day! Such a forward modern nation beautiful young innovators! 🙏🏽🙏🏽🤞🏽🤞🏽
I’m impressed with the ladies knowledge and professionalism. I love seeing black woman in these positions.
African countries with the best real estates
West Africa: Nigeria, Ghana
East Africa: Kenya, Rwanda
Central Africa: Angola
Southern Africa: South Africa, Namibia.
Africa is beautiful.
I was in Ghana for the first time this year for a short stay. I was resident at The Pride of the city cantonment. Its was a lovely place but does not come cheap . Accommodation in Ghana is not reasonable
Thank you for being honest. Ghana is not cheap!
cantonment is a prime location don't expect less
Is like that everywhere around the world they are places which don't come cheap cantonment is prime area so don't expect cheap
@@mustaffda its general in Ghana. I went to East legon for a 3 bedroom apartment and was told $3200/month. That's ridiculous considering the environment
@@alegbekehinde8753 that is another expensive areas. Cantonments, Labone, East Legon, West Legon, Airport are high cost areas.
I realize that it’s a thing in Africa or Ghana to have the laundry in the kitchen right under the counter as if it’s a dishwasher. I personally is not a fan of that built but other than that the houses are really beautiful.
Love from Ghana 🇬🇭 ❤
Timeshare in Ghana?!?! That's different. Not for me but I like the development and look of finishes.
All of the bench presses she has been doing in the gym has paid off tremendously! Brilliant! Cheers mates!!
Thanks for yet another video, I pray this becomes very common in Africa and we need to go abroad except just for visits and occasions
We are getting there, let’s goo 🥳🇬🇭❤️
happy to see something Ghanaian!
I love the content that you create bro keep up the good work👍.
Love it ! Video came out very nice. It was good connecting with you on this one.
You inspire me bro. Keep doing good work
Amazing stuff Steve! Thank for the hard work..
Steven I love your videos! They’re so vibrant and energetic. I’ve missed your channel due to a hectic work schedule. Sending ❤from Dallas, Texas.
Tenugos, well said that is why pan Africanism is key. It’s not always about the money first but race first.
Fantastic job as usual
Awesome video Steven
Wow this is so beautiful thanks for sharing
Honestly speaking, your drone shots are one of the best that I have ever watched among the travel vloggers. Keep up man!
Best drone shots ever!!!
You clearly don’t know whode maya then
@@Legend-lc9bv You can not tell me about Wode Maya. I used to watch Wode Mayas' videos and see his drone shots but that can never be compare to Steven's drone shots. Whoever deserve an accolades let him be given.
There are other travel vloggers that I watch and see their drone shots the likes of Drew binsky, Nas daily, Tayo Aina etc but Steven drone shots stand out from theirs.
This concept reminds me of what is called _TIMESHARES_ , common real estate practice in the West!
That's exactly what it is. Buyer beware!
Welcome back Steven
The interior 👌
I love her answer on naija jollof🤣"we will think about it"
I hear you sis, but why only serving Chinese bites and cocktails? Is that food superior to Ghanaian foods?
Brainwash is killing africans.
Awesome development ❤️
Steven is well grounded ....good job BRO...
Real estate is really moving on great in Ghana 🇬🇭
Sooo beautiful I want to live here especially when they have the water park my children will love that
I want to buy a house here by GODS GRACE AAMIN❤️❤️
This is the kind of house l love and cherish so much
This is beautiful 🖤 I would place a long dinner table on the balcony.
NICE PROJECTS IN GHANA, KEEP IT DEVTRACO
Steve you should consider coming to Uganda 🇺🇬 we have some nice real estate projects worthy to showcase
Kampala real estate sector is shit.
@@eriksenmugabi4081 why are u negative about your country.
It sounds like a time share. Which means you never really own it out right! But you only make money if it’s fully rented out. Not sure in this crazy economy.
Interesting and informative 🇯🇲
I also like embassy garden in cantonment
Nyc video Steven
Yo Steve! Another amazing video. Always top notch. Thanks for this. I think you should allow your tour guide do most of the talking next time. No doubt, real estate is something you're so passionate about but, you learn more when you talk less, bro. She is also gonna feel very important, which in turn will make her very comfortable around you. It really helps. Thank for the inspiring video.✨
you are very right there. He seem impatient sometimes....
Noted
With due respect, sir, I digress from your comment. Both of us were not there to ask our questions. The realtors are there to sell. So, I want somebody like Steve whom I trust to ask pertinent questions right there. There's nothing like a kamikaze attack in the business. She was aware that she was going to appear before the camera and had done her homework. If you say because she's a female, then you're a sexist.
@@chrismontana2187 If you say so😏. I appreciate your opinion. Thanks a lot ✨
@@chrismontana2187 very well put my friend
what an amazing video bro, keep it up
3:02 What? Why not African bites? Totally baffled at what she just said. Glad I got good hearing doesn’t sound like they targeting Africans.
Same what here
Africa is growing 👏 ❤
Another banger from Ghana
great video mate
Amazing
Good content
Nice video BOSS
He’s so handsome ❤
my question may seem a bit off topic now. I am really interested in your videos and I always admire your great contents. I would like to know how did you start? are you a real estate agent yourself?
Thanks Steven for the update 👍👍💪💪
This is basically American Timeshares with a little extra flare like furnishings. You never get to own it and I don't think guaranteed 48% income per year is a given.
Nice vlog
Wow...this is fantastic video! I have now liked and subscribed to your channel !!
Welcome to the family
Wow…very nice!!
May almighty God protect
Great 👍🇬🇭
I own 4 condo units in Philippines it’s about time I buy in ghana
Amazing video, you inspire me to chase my dreams and start a tech CZcams channel. Also, watching your videos in 60fps >>>>>>>>. I love love love your content
💪
Love the ladies in the video they're beautiful classic well spoken and knows what they are doing
How about the property?
That lady's face is a very different color from her hand, skin bleaching is backwards, self hating and not cool. Then she could have maybe combed out the knots in her wig.
very nice
Nice to know bro
Ixxiw if it was $46,000 I would jump on it fast. Even take a loan against my property. But I think the price went from $46,000 to $115,000 to $ 228,000. This is out of reach for myself.
I will come and buy a house here in Jesus name I am a Nigerian
I will be moving here as well. God willing and I’m from Philly. 🙏🏾
*Bro deals like this will attract Rich Black Entrepreneurs Americans.*
Greatness ❤
But I can take $42k to a Ghanaian bank and use as deposit on a $150k apartment and that's almost 30% deposit and I pay in 20/25yrs to own the apartment whilst using it as Airbnb to pay the monthly mortgage. It makes no sense to spend $42k to own a fraction of an apartment in a complex legal arrangement.
You hit the hammer on the head ! I was just thinking the same exact thing... Only a fool would think that was a smart investment considering the information shared
@@samich0007 you mean hit the nail on the head lol
They didn't give any information about this owning a fraction NO WAY I would do this in million years.....
@Edwardo Emiliano though 😂. I didn't even notice...Never underestimate the power of a nail when faced with a hammer 😂
This is dope, what a smart investment opportunity. Thanks Mr. Steven for this update
This is better then Hollywood
Dope
Bravo Ghana if our leaders allow these development pay doctors, nurses, teachers etc attractive salaries people will stop flocking overseas unless he wants too.
There is a school nearby called Morning Star that is my old school
Steven! Do you have time to show me Nigeria? I am planing to visit. lol
Lagos International airport looks improved and some good work has gone into it,good to see brother.
Lagos is a slum
Why do u ppl always wants to put Nigeria into everything concerning Ghana 😒

Very interesting… fractional buying sounds like a great opportunity
Ghana the good place to invest.
This guy knows how to get viewers
I'd love to move to Ghana and buy one of these but I have no clue what I'd do to make money long-term 😔
Build instead pls buy land especially in the Western side where I live called takoradi surrounded by sea harbour and calm
Don't worry, when you get here you will find a lot of problems to solve and that will be your business. Find problems and provide solutions.
Great ❓
However, Ghana is amazing and seems to have one of the fastest riding middle class economies.
The country is BANKRUPT.
Vodun is an ancient religion practiced by some 30 million people in the West African nations of Benin, Togo and Ghana. With its countless deities, animal sacrifice and spirit possession, voodoo causes mental illness and contaminates their homes
@@emilystevens6335 what in the hell foes Vodun have to do with the wealthy greed of some corrupt leaders? Everyone does not practice Vodun. Yes some do. But there are simply good people and bad people. From my research Vodun has many positive perspectives, practices, and deep insights and spiritual experiences and connections to African thought concerning the many different African traditions and cultures beliefs. It’s not cool to speak about a African religious faith or practice as Vodun if you know it only from the perspective of say a Holly wood moving or the writings from some European Catholic Church, or ideas about Vodun from some former political aggressive former colonializer.
@@emilystevens6335 If your views on Vodu are not done from aAfrocentric standpoint or approach , you in fact may have a misunderstanding concerning the entire functioning value of a traditional African religion like Vodun. Thank god of war in Vodun or Voduo that help allow the people of Haiti to free themselves from the depts of wretch enslavement from several centuries of hardship.
@@emilystevens6335 does not foes sorry miss spelling!
This is a GD time share. I avoid people trying to sell this to me like the plague, this is a big screaming NO! like timeshares, this is a joke.
good
Compared to Jamaica, your airport is super Modern.
When are they going to finish the Waterpark ?
Nice idea, there is something like this here in the UK, mostly holiday timeshare it's called. But the fractional part wasn't explained properly. For how long does the fractional contract last for? Does the house become fully owned after certain years? How many weeks in a year does the part owner use the apartment? Did not tell us the price of the nova apartments.Nice one though. Thank you.
Timeshares never the best idea in my opinion now everyone wants to do time shares in Ghana
Same thing stateside
Timeshare
Great for investment. For its intended housing use?
Meh
Lol...Time share was a ponzi scheme scam where millions lost their investment. I lost £25k some 15yrs back.
@@nigelscott2371 re free R tree tree 4444
Wow! Im there by the end of the year guaranteed. Give me 2 units (2023)
well well done :) Yahuah barak atah :)
i was wondering if it was chinese owned only because she said they will serve chinese food only at night. rofl. but when i seen devtraco..thats ghana all day!
that's what I was wondering
I think this is a good idea, But just know that you don't fully own it, it's like you paid 46k usd and you only own the unit. They take your money 💰 and they pay you 12-18% after all fees and also your paying someone else to manage the unit. You keep the profits 12-18% annually and they keep 82-88% of the profits annually. It's a small step, but they get the larger piece of the cake.
Yea it’s a turn off. I would have bought one. But that figures turned me off.
Right. They sell it as “ownership” but it’s more like stock investments, rather than owning outright.
@@AngBQueenAdwoasCloset sometimes I dunno how these people think of us. They wanna be rich with our money smfh.
No, the 12%-18% is the return on your investment (ROI), and not that they split the profit 88/12 with you. In this eg. 12% of 46K is $5,520 after they deduct their management fees let's say 10%. That means the total profit was $6,127.20 and they took 612.72 and you made $5,520 as your net profit, giving you an ROI of 12%/year based on your initial investment of $46,000. Plus you get to use the property a portion of the year per your contract. If you continue to earn 5,520/year you will recoup your investment in 8.3 years. Hope this helps. 12:56
