We need more younger millionaires in ghana. A house like this some old man in his 60 will buy it and not do much in there and later will sell it or give it to his family members who will not have the funds to maintain it.
Very Beautiful house but what is the point of the security door when there so many plain floor to ceiling glasses without burglar proofs? 😂One stone, and thieves will be dining with you in your house😂.....I understand burglar proofs are a personal optional feature, but for this price point, I suggest after purchase the developer should make them available for the people who need them at no extra charge. Because lets face it, when buying a house, your security MUST be number 1 on your list and Ghanaian developers have to have this in mind when building....So many new buildings for sale now in Ghana have so many loopholes of security on them.....and its not like Ghana is the safest place to live too so I don't get it...Other than that, Beautiful house!
Half of a million dollars??!! 😅 When you put outrageous prices like this it shows that there is no market research being done. Additionally, this translates into a lack of trust from potential customers even before they meet you because it's hard to take such prices seriously.
Did you type this as the developer of this house or as a potential buyer?? Our boss is working hard to bring the best of properties infact affordable ones, he is one of the honest agent you can find here in ghana. If you can’t trust him, it’s your lost.. don’t discourage him.

How can you quote this house as $550k that’s not even built on a full plot of land, and there’s nothing inside the house that’s worth mentioning, it’s just as similar to the other houses around Accra. You guys need to have fear of God( Allah ) in you.

It is nice to see a house without the awful POP lighting. The primary room bathroom unfortunately has terrible placement. Good to see a kitchen that looks modern without high gloss everywhere. Handles do make all the difference especially when you don’t want figure prints all over the doors.

It is east Legon and it has a pool. $200k is a little on the low side $500k I agree for the narrowness of the house is steep though.
